Owner was polite and professional. The shop is open 24/7, but by appointment and if you schedule after hours be prepared for a convenience fee. Overall shop is kept immaculate couch to sit on if you need to wait parking lot is a little small.

I had a great experience at ABC Smog Check. It was my first time getting a smog check, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and honestly thought it would take a long time. I initially called and didn’t get an answer, but they returned my call quickly. Aram was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The whole process was fast and efficient it took less than 30 minutes. It ended up being a quick and easy stop. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

So I didn’t pass the first test, unfortunately. Aram explained and showed me the issue with my Crankcase Emission Controls, it was a hose we replaced mid last year because it was disintegrating. Apparently not the right hose, oops. Anyway, he took the time to look up the part for me so I knew what to look for. Aram went above and beyond, and explained the retest would be around $11.75, plus the $8.25 for the smog certification. Awesome service, thank you so much!

If you are a woman, don't ask any questions. VERY disrespectful. turned and walked out. No matter the "owners response" - I was 100% in a great mood when we showed up. Was taking RV but wanted to see the lay of the land before I brought it. NEVER EVER been treated so disrespectfully. One of my questions, "About how long does it take?". The answer was a shrug of the shoulders and "I don't know", as he was turning away from me.

This man is so rude. I will never come to this location again. I dont know what he did to my car but it did not pass smog check. The check engine light is now on. He acknowledged it and wanted me to leave his shop. He is fraud.

Total rip-off. This place is a joke. The guy acts like he's doing brain surgery when all you want is a simple smog check. Every question you ask somehow leads to another fee, and he talks down to you like you're supposed to just accept it. Most shops will work with you or at least explain things, but not here. He seems more interested in padding his bill than helping customers. If you don't want to waste your money or deal with someone shady, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Plenty of honest shops out there - this isn't one of them

Avoid this place at all costs. The guy running it is just looking for any excuse to squeeze extra money out of you. Every little thing suddenly becomes an "additional fee" and he acts like he's doing you a favor just by looking at your car. Most reputable smog shops will give you a free retest or at least explain things clearly, but not this one. He banks on people not knowing any better so he can overcharge for basic services. If you value your time and money, go literally anywhere else. There are plenty of honest, professional shops out there - this just isn't one of them.
