They were so sweet and nice and very informative, explained everything to me , showed me everything that they found WITH PICTURES AND VIDEO definitely will be back and price was very reasonable! I recommend 100% !!! Communication WAS PERFECT!!
Alexander's automotive was a very honest automotive repair shop I took a vehicle to them prior to making a purchase and they were very detailed with their inspection and they saved me from making a mistake I trust their opinion and their office staff is very polite and professional! I know I can trust them with my vehicles!
Went to Alexander Automotive since my car was making very strange noise and I was afraid of it breaking down. Talked to front desk Alyssa and she had a mechanic come right out and he fixed the issue very quickly and they didn't even charge me. Left feeling safe since car not making the noise and very thankful for the prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend!
Great and understanding team! They were able to work with me in helping me get my car the repairs it needed. Explained what repairs my car needed with photo evidence! Highly recommend you seek them our for your next auto repair.
I came across them through the company I am working with, and I am happy that I did because they are very friendly and helpful. I now go to them with any issues I have with my vehicle and they are always there to help & honest with what is wrong and needs done - no trying to get you to pay for extra unneeded things, they even go the extra mile to finding the best deal for the parts you are needing.
Great communication with text and photos on progress. When I had questions the mechanic took the time to explain what was going on in way that I could understand since I don't have a lot of mechanical repair knowledge. Fixed my vehicle right by recommending what was best instead for it and not just what was cheapest. They still gave me the option to choose but the last place I took my vehicle to when with the cheaper option which is what caused the vehicle to needed to be fixed again. I really appreciated the time taken to explain why they had the recommendations they did for a long term fix vs doing what the past place I took it to did. Thank you for putting your customers as your priority instead of just trying to get me in and out as fast a possible!
truck would not start, starter and. battery not the issue. The ignition switch had a drastic voltage drop not allowing truck to start. 2 40 AMP fuses were replaced and the truck was running again. Appreciate Alexander's taking the truck on short notice and getting it up and running in a one day.
Not recommended! I had my car towed there to get a simple brake line conduit replaced that's not even 6 ft long. I called him on the phone. I asked him if he could do it and he said yes. I brought the car there then he calls me and says he's not doing the job because there's a little bit of rust on the side of the vehicle. it's a 1997 Buick LeSabre. If he was a skilled mechanic he would raise the car on the lift through the chassis not the side of the vehicle. My car was put on lifts before from other mechanics and just 6 months ago I had the starter replaced. Four days of total waste having my car towed twice to another shop. This shop doesn't even deserve one star and will never get my business again. π‘π
I was referred to them thinking itβd would be a quick process, Glad they figured out what was wrong with my car during the Diagnostic.but it took them almost 3 months
