I had a great first experience bringing my car here for an oil change. I was able to make a same day appointment, and upon arrival the guys were super friendly & brought my car right back to start my service. The oil change was done in 20 minutes or less. It was great to be in and out as opposed to a long wait time at the dealership. They did not try to up charge me or sell me any additional services that weren't needed. Overall my experience was great & I will definitely be back for further services! I would recommend American Brake & Lube for all your car service needs without hesitation!

Anton and Brian are honest and up front. You can discuss repairs and not feel like you are on an assembly line. The prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend American Brake and Lube. Update: Went for new shocks all around, they feel great, thanks guys.

Anton and Brian are really great mechanics. They always do my oil changes, inspection and have even done my brakes. I will always go to them because they do a fantastic job!

I recently went in for an oil change and had a really good experience. Anton and Brian were so nice and got me in right away. They explained what they were doing and made sure everything looked good with my car before I left. They checked my tire pressure, which I really appreciated. I will be returning for any future vehicle maintenance. I really appreciate getting my car within a day of setting up the appt. I came in with an expired inspection and I ended up needing to replace my serpentine belt, front brakes, and axle replacement. It turned out that my tensioner was not fully bolted down and was eating my belt. This was probably a mistake from previous repairs. My car runs great now and my repairs have 24,000 miles parts and labor insurance. Good and honest people here, highly recommend.

HIDDEN GEM!! I called to see if they had time for an oil change. They told me to come right in. Took me in as soon as I got there. Last two times I've taken my truck to get an oil change somewhere else took over an hour for them to do the work for some reason. these guys did it in 15 minutes Small cozy comfortable shop you're able to watch everything they do right from your chair great guys honest, reliable upfront, felt like i was hanging with some friends and Best prices in town. Will definitely be going back for all my auto needs.

American Brakes & Lube is hands down the best mechanic shop in Suffolk County. Anton and Brian are honest, reliable, and incredibly thorough.
