ASAP Rebuilt Inspection

Unfortunately my wife was in an accident last year and with much going on it took us until now (may 2026) to finally move forward with having the vehicle inspected for a rebuilt title. This was only due to the value of the vehicle being less than the repairs for the rear bumper and quarter panel. I visited the DMV website for approved inspection locations near us and found ASAP Rebuilt Inspection. Unknowingly, on my first visit I was unable to have the vehicle inspected due to me not bringing needed paperwork - paper title, DL for all on the title (my wife and I), and four pictures of the vehicle (front, each side, and rear). I spoke with Ahmed who was very nice and helpful. He provided me with the instruction and assistance I needed to move forward. I gathered the items needed and returned the following day. Again, greeted by Ahmed who used my name (professional imo), we were able to love forward. The process took as he stated, roughly 20 minutes. All paperwork was completed for the application for a rebuilt title and then the actual inspection. Ahmed was very courteous which I appreciated and offered further help if there were any issues at the DMV. I would certainly recommend this location if you are in need of a vehicle inspection for a rebuilt title. My wife and I are finally able to get back to having two vehicles in our household. I took my car to this location they locked my car up in a garage after asking me to pop my hood and now my check engine light is on in My car that was in perfect running condition before this service. My response to you I'm not sure how you did the inspection, but going under my hood doesn't make sense. Nothing under that part of the inspection made sense for you to inspect the engine i had damage to the rear end . Advised further on your practices!
