Absolutely outstanding customer service! My auto part was still under warranty and they took care of everything with no hassle at all. I didn't have to pay attention single penny! The staff was friendly, professional and made the entire process quick and easy. It's refreshing to find a business that truly stands behind its products and takes such great care of its customers.
I’ve had my car serviced at Avid a few times now. The experience is always excellent. I feel respected, and I trust their assessments. They have nice perks, like loaner cars and uber rides, to help manage life while your car is in the shop. They set expectations and consistently act accordingly.
So far so good! As always, clear and fast communication. Diagnosis of the issue with my Honda Pilot was thorough. Their suggested repairs pass the logic test. I appreciate their staff and service.
The avid app keeps you in the know from start to finish. The availability of a loaner car was a difference maker. Communication was top notch. When I had a question, the shop was available and actually answered the phone. The shop did a thorough evaluation of my car. They included estimates and consulted with me about what was found. The team was thorough.
I've been a customer at their sister shop for a few years and the service has been exceptional. When my partner's Honda had some major transmission issues I brought it to Avid expecting similar service and they didn't disappoint. I might have been able to find a cheaper price elsewhere, but I doubt they would have sourced a replacement transmission, have it installed in less than a week, and offered the warranty to back it up. They're a phenomenal shop and I will definitely be bringing the Honda back for future service.
Avid’s entire staff were exceptional. They were extremely professional and thorough. My son’s vehicle needed repairs while he was at college and they came to the rescue. The cost was way below what we expected and done well before we expected. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were. I would recommend them to anyone.
It's hard to know who to trust with your car. I've been to AVID twice and I think these guys are top notch as far as communicating the issues, working to keep things affordable, and guaranteeing the work they do. It's a secure feeling knowing I can call them when I need repairs.
After hearing great things about Avid Autocare, I decided to see for myself—and I’m so glad I did! Booking my service online was quick and easy, and the entire process was incredibly convenient. When I arrived this morning, I was greeted by a team of friendly and knowledgeable professionals who made me feel confident in their care. My car was serviced promptly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It’s reassuring to know my vehicle is in expert hands. I’ve officially found my go-to spot for car service!
Brought Jeep in to solve an issue with the 4WD system throwing an error and some binding in sharp turning. After 6 days and a couple thousand dollars for replacing the brake booster and vacuum pump they didn't fix the problem. Light came on immediately once I started driving after they claimed it was fixed. Instead of getting fleeced for more money, I did my own digging and figured out that replacing the transfer case module for $70 from Amazon completely resolved it and issue has not returned after 6 months. More over, they forgot to plug my wipers on when they put everything back together, and left the oil pressure sensor unplugged which was causing sudden power loss. They also will charge and insanely high diagnostic fee for every hour and not reimburse if you choose to proceed with work. Very very disappointing cause I loved going to Dubwerx (sister facility)
