Beck Motor Company - Service Department

I was able to get in for a transmission flush within a week of calling. I walked to the mall for lunch and soon after returning, my car was ready. The price was competitive and fair.

We showed up early for our service appointment. They took us in early and completed the work in less than the estimated time. The cost was also less than the estimate. Fast and friendly service made this a great experience. Thanks!!!

The person I worked with was great! They got me in quickly for an oil change. They allowed me to continue working on the show room while I waited. They came and got me when my truck was ready and pulled it right up front for me. Great customer service.

I rolled into town about midnight and my suburban went into safe mode. Beck’s was able to get me in the next day, loaner car to help me get around for a few days for legislator work, and had me back on the road! Excellent communication. Very helpful. Timely. I Have bought 3 cars from Beck, great service. This was the 1st time I’ve used the service Department and it was amazing! Ken and Lavonn were very helpful, professional and helped me with all my questions and kept me up to date on everything that was going on! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive, and would use them again!

Beck is the nicest, cleanest most efficient service department I’ve ever been to. When I dropped off my car, they knew exactly why I had brought it in, told me it would be ready in 30 minutes and it was. I had asked some additional questions and those items had been checked and the answers were included on my service report. Excellent mechanical and customer service.

Had my truck serviced at Beck Motors and it was an awesome experience! The staff was super friendly and professional, the service was fast and excellent, and the facilities are incredible. I had purchased tires that didn't make the mileage that they should have. The staff at Becks worked hard to turn in my claim and were patient with my crazy schedule. Not only did they give me the best recommendation for tires for my needs (that weren't the most expensive for them) but they also took good care of me during installation, knowing the bad shape of my current tires and many miles I travel. Cannot thank Deserae, Steve and the whole crew enough!

I came to Beck’s for an oil change, dropped my car off at noon for a 2:00 appointment so I could make it back to work on time. They asked if I needed a ride anywhere, they were so accommodating and helpful. They also got my car done early, and sent a text to let me know… I really appreciate the text option so I don’t have to stop what I am doing at work to get a personal call. Really top tier service!

They did a great job. But I was told it would take 3-4 business days to do the job and it took 11 days due to some “hiccups”.
