Extremely busy day but they made the best of it and helped me get my car inspected. They did their best to help everyone in a timely manner. Honest, kind and efficient shop.

My car was towed to Belsito when it broke down 100 miles from my house. I am so impressed and thankful for the help and patience Belsito has giving me as I've coordinated donating my old car from out of state. I am unlucky that my old car broke down, but I am SO lucky it was taken here because I feel so well cared for despite the fact that I'm not there personally. Thank you!! 10/10 would be towed there again (SUPER hoping I don't have to be though 😅)

Had a very good experience today. I needed a new light for my turn signal light. They were able to fit me in and also do my inspection. They were kind and courteous as well as professional. Very good price and I highly recommend.

I went through an absolutely horrible experience with the City of Worcester, receiving daily tickets just for parking in front of my own home due to a bad inspection sticker. This eventually led to multiple boots, thousands in fines, and finally, my car being towed by Belsito’s after the city hit me with a $500 "abandoned vehicle" ticket—despite knowing my car was never abandoned. I was given 30 days to come up with the money, or I’d lose my car forever. Amid this nightmare, Belsito’s Towing was nothing short of AMAZING. The owners, Paul and Nancy, went above and beyond to help me. They stored my car for extra time at no charge so I could find a mechanic, diagnosed the issue for free, and even towed my car across the city to a shop—again, free of charge. They didn’t make a single penny off of me, yet they treated me with kindness, fairness, and genuine care. In a world where compassion can feel rare, Paul and Nancy proved that good, honest people still exist. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity during one of the most difficult times in my life. They have earned my deepest gratitude and highest recommendation. Thank you both—you’ll always be in my prayers!

I just happen to stop by looking for a camper as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, I just recently had my car serviced by them and my car run smoothly and the quality of the work is outstanding. The hospitality is 100%. I would recommend them to anyone. They don’t do Just brakes they do alignments they sell tires. You’re definitely need to check them out and the prices not like the others !🙂

This garage is what a repair facility should be. Experienced mechanics giving honest appraisals of work that needs to be done at a fair price and doing that work quickly. I've been here a few times with an older Jeep Wrangler and I am always amazed and grateful at how quickly the work is done and how inexpensive it is. You can't go wrong with the folks at Belsito.

Stopped in on the way home for a quick inspection sticker. I was then told I needed tires otherwise car would fail inspection. Gave me price for tires, I wanted to think about it. Then they came in and gave me a rejected sticker and told me to come back when I’m ready for new tires. I went outside and looked at the tires, they looked totally fine. Plenty of tread. Thinking maybe, I’m wrong, could be something I’m not seeing. I show the mechanic at my work, he doesn’t see anything wrong with the tires. I bring the car to a different inspection place, I explain to them what happed. They don’t see anything wrong, they explain to me the industry standard and the state standard for inspection stickers. They say, “these tires are not close to being below any of these standards”. They tell me to go back to Belsitos and get a new sticker because I’d have to pay again. I just paid again at the new place and the car passed early. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE. I knew right away something was off about this place, complete scammers. I wonder many other people fell for this ploy and they make customers buy tires when they don’t even need them. They don’t make money off inspections, but new tires? Sure do. Gross and they should be ashamed.

Horrendous company and staff. Untrustworthy, disrespectful, overcharged. Avoid at all costs
