Got my car smogged today and I have to say! Quick (10 minutes), efficient, and friendly service! $55. Very friendly and helpful young man at the front desk. Clean space to wait inside and outside. I recommend this place!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Probably the easiest smog check I’ve ever had done. They got me in right away and had me back on the road in no time. They submit my paperwork automatically to the DMV, I didn't have to do anything there. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy shops these days, but this place definitely earned my business. Great prices, great customer service, and zero hassle. Highly recommend to anyone needing a smog check. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on! Thanks to Isaac, Blake and the crew for getting me taken care of.

I recently visited California Smog Center after realizing I needed a smog check for my Jeep to complete my registration. I found them on Google and was incredibly impressed with their efficiency and service. Quick and Efficient Service: I was in and out in under 15 minutes, even without an appointment. I arrived around 8:45 - 9:00 AM, shortly after they opened at 8:30. Friendly Staff: The young man at the desk was very polite and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Payment Options: They offer a discount if you pay in cash, so be sure to ask about that. You can also handle your vehicle registration there, but note that there may be a fee. Helpful Recommendations: Since it takes about 24 hours for the smog results to update in the DMV system, they recommended going to AAA for immediate registration processing. This was a great tip, as I wanted to complete everything in one day. Overall, I highly recommend California Smog Center for their fast and courteous service.

I highly recommend them! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from this establishment. Their service is outstanding!!! The smog check was done quickly on my older Mustang. The price was fair. They also offer DMV services for a small fee which is a plus if you’re in a hurry, etc. The two gentleman who serviced my car were very professional, kind & efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They also offer a cup of coffee while you wait for your car. I’m so happy I found them.

I had a great experience at California Smog Center! The gentleman at the front was quick, professional, and very friendly. Gus, who did my smog, was also really friendly and efficient. The whole process was super fast — I only waited about 10–15 minutes. Highly recommend this place if you want excellent service and no hassle!

I had a PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE HERE! I found this shop on Groupon with a great deal and was blown away by how respectful of my time they were! I had one small issue that needed to be repaired and they referred me to a shop less than a mile away! I went right back and did the retest and PASSED! This shop is definitely getting stored in my phone for future use forever ‼️‼️‼️

I was BLOWN AWAY by this shop! Prior to Coming here I am familiar with 2 others I’ve used and I am SOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD I followed my gut! They are close to my home. Had a GREAT Groupon deal and was EXTREMELY mindful of my time! I had one small issue that needed to be fixed before my vehicle could pass and they were able to refer me to a shop less than a mile to fix it! After fixing it I came right back for the retest and PASSED! I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who values their time and is ready to pass a reasonable price! I WILL BE BACK‼️‼️

I hate to disparage any small business so here's the positive: If you bring a newer vehicle, this shop is fast, friendly, and with the coupon I had, affordable. I brought my 2018 Kia and I was in and out quickly. However, the positives end there, and the reason for my one star is because of their smog tech, Isaac Suarez. I bring my all original (except for a lowering kit) 2004 BMW there after the Kia and long story short, Isaac's incompetence is staggering. He failed me unnecessarily because he doesn't know what he is looking at (My car eventually passed at this shop, but with a different tech on a different day). For starters, Isaac couldn't even figure out how to plug into my OBD port correctly, blaming my car. I make it more accessible the next time I came, but this time he fails me for "tampering". In this cars entire 22-year life (and smogged 3x under my ownership) it has never failed smog for "tampering". Yet when I mentioned that to him, all he can say is "People make mistakes". Sure. He accuses me (or a prior owner) of installing "defoulers" and provides images of these "defoulers" that are allegedly installed. Anyone with eyes could tell from his evidence that nothing has been modified or looks remotely new. And he refused to budge despite me providing multiple visual examples showing the exhaust is the way this car left the factory. He could've just told me "I'm not familiar with these older cars, I don't want to misrepresent anything, come back tomorrow when the senior tech is here" or something like that. IT IS A BIG DEAL TO FAIL A CAR! IT IS AN EVEN BIGGER DEAL TO SAY THAT ITS EMISSIONS SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH! This is serious stuff that a smog tech shouldn't be taking blind shots with. Now I wasted three days, my car is devalued and has a record. Take your older vehicles elsewhere, or request a different technician. Shoutout to the front desk associate (glasses and blonde hair), your kindness, empathy, and willingness to help really made my day!
