Very friendly guys. This is my smog place that I know, trust, and recommend to friends and family. Their prices are good and they often do promotional prices to attract new customers. If you come here you will likely become a loyal customer. They make the process simple. Update: 8-30-22 I have been coming here for years now. Why put the car through the machine to charge full price if it failed the visual Update: now refusing to retest, so much for a discount. Bunch of 🤡
Don't smog at this place. They charge you even if your car doesn't go through, and if you get your car fixed and come back, they charge you again without warning. They're overpriced; other places charge $30, but here it's never less than $100. Besides, they're not even mechanics; they can't check the work you do. If you don't want to lose your money, don't smog here.
By far one of the worst smog shops, my car is fully stocked, with a K&N filter on the motor which is supposed to pass smog. He did the whole smog just to charge me and say it didn’t pass. If he doesn’t know the rules/laws then why are you smogging and charging just to say no. Couldn’t you just do a visual inspection and let me know it wasn’t gonna pass?
Would not recommend, they conducted the full smog inspection knowing they were going to fail me on the visual inspection. They should have let me know the visual inspection wasn’t going to pass the moment it was uncovered, rather than proceeding to complete the full smog. I was still charged for the full inspection, greed. Look somewhere else.
