I love the convenience of this place, and always get excellent service in a timely manner. Registration on the spot is the absolute best! No tap to pay is available, sp bring a credit card. Also, they don't accept online coupons so don't ask. The fees are so low already, just be nice. Let's keep this gem going forever!
I always, and only, come here for emissions and registration. Fast, easy, no frills service; exactly what I want for this type of service. Best if you come in a few days to a week before the end of the month to avoid the rush.
Great experience here. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you need emissions testing done!
This place is great. We have brought our vehicles here since moving to Utah in 2021 and they are always fast and friendly. Today when I came in to tag my vehicle, there was a discrepancy between the registration paperwork and the tags on my vehicle. This was due to the dealership ordering them for us and a delay in actually getting plates. They were able to work it out with no problems. Thanks so much for your fast and always friendly service!
I’m not one for many reviews. But these guys are so fast. There were three people ahead of me. I gave them my key; walked outside. Lit a cigarette. And they were done with my car before I was. As long as I’m in Utah County; these are the guys.
This place is definitely a hidden gem in Utah county. The emission process is fast and efficient. I’ve taken all my vehicles here for years now and the longest I’ve ever had to wait was about 20 minutes from start to finish. They’ve definitely got their processes down and it is nice to get in and out so quick. The staff there seems knowledgeable and effective with what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their annual emissions done.
Did my research and went to this gem in American Fork - it’s seriously the BEST of the BEST! I knew I was in a time crunch before I came here and went here on purpose due to the many reviews of FAST and efficient service they give you. Pulled up around 11:50am and expressed my time constraint and I was out of there done, emissions testing passed, and even got my license plate renewal sticker by 12pm - it was seriously 10 minutes or less I was in and out! In addition, they were just really friendly. The front desk girl was friendly and Amy helped me out and was really courteous too. No line, no drama, clean place to take your car to. I will never ever go to another place ever again. This is the place to be!
I took one of my cars in last week around 11 a.m. and was in and out within 15 minutes. Fast service. I was happy! Today, I brought in my second vehicle and was told the wait would be about 30 minutes, which seemed reasonable. But when I came back 30 minutes later, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I did not have the time to wait any longer, so I had to leave without getting my emissions done. I do not mean this as a knock on the front desk employee personally, because I understand things can get busy and wait times can change. But the estimate I was given was inaccurate, and it ended up wasting my time. If I had known up front that the wait would be closer to 50 minutes, I would have planned accordingly. TDLR; If you are on a tight schedule and the parking lot is full, you may be better off coming back later or trying another location.
Not a good experience for me. The place I usually go to is upgrading some equipment and could not get it done today so I decided to go here. The lady at the counter is very nice. The young boys that work here are very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Used to love going to this spot, but I doubt I’ll ever be back. I had some questions regarding timing on renewing my registration (I let it lapse for a while, and was hoping just to jump into the next year, and was willing to pay for both years) and the only answer they’d give me was “you need to go to the DMV” with no explanation. No yes or no either way, just passing the buck. If all you care about is speed, this place is solid, but hope you don’t have any questions, because you won’t get answers.
