First Class Smog

Harold assisted me today as I brought in 2 vehicles. He was super friendly, super helpful, and SUPER fast!! This isn't the first time we've been here and won't be the last :)

Needed a smog check immediately to get my car tags delt with. Looked up on google and Harold was the only one open at the time. Came in and he took care of me instantly. Had me out within 15ish mins. Truly grateful and will continue to only use him for my future services!

Appreciate the easy process for smog check! Not a long waiting time like other places, and the technician is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They offer several discounts on their site. Will be a repeat customer :)

Absolutely terrible experience. I came in politely asking if I could use a Groupon for the smog check, and the man working there immediately became rude and aggressive. Instead of a simple explanation, he responded with a bad attitude, raised his voice, and became outright disrespectful. He insulted me, harassed me, and even threatened me to leave the premises for simply asking a question. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a business. Avoid this place if you value respectful customer service.
