Fix N Smog

Came here on a Saturday. The gentleman that assisted me in the office seemed pleasant. They have a coupon for their smog check service be sure to mention it and just in case maybe download it onto your phone from their website. FYI the coupon I believe states 41.75 but it comes out to 50 dollars cash or like 52 with card for the certificate I guess. Still reasonable in my opinion. I was in and out in like 20 minutes I guess I got there at a good time that day. Overall great experience

Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. I dropped off my Lexus IS300 last minute to troubleshoot the brakes, and he was able to source all the rotors and brake parts and complete the work the same day. I highly recommend Fix & Smog for their fast and reliable service.

I took my wife's 20 year old van to Alex with AC, suspension and engine noise. I thought it was beyond repair but Alex and his crew gave it a new lease on life. The van drives smooth, blows cold air and the engine sounds so much better. Once i dropped the car with them, i got a call within an hour with the complete diagnostic report and estimated repair bill. I am very happy with their service, honesty and on time delivery. Fix & Smog on Tustin Ave in Orange has been excellent to work with. They helped me with my Infiniti Q50, which had some catalytic converter issues, and they were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. My car is honestly a difficult one and tends to have multiple unrelated issues, so any return visits were due to my vehicle—not the shop. They really took the time to work through everything with me and stayed committed to helping resolve the problem. What stood out most was their professionalism, patience, and willingness to stick with a tough job instead of brushing it off. That kind of service is hard to find. I’ve also brought my wife’s Corolla here, and based on my experiences, I’ll absolutely be bringing my BMW next. I was looking for a shop that I could get my car repaired and pass smog check. I found Fix-n-Smog. Alex came out, ran a diagnostic on the check engine light, talked to me about the repairs needed and gave me a price on what replacing the knock sensors and harness would cost. I decided to bring in the car the next day. My hood was not shutting properly and Alex had someone fix that immediately. See photo below! Been going to this place for at least five years. It’s nice to finally have found a good and honest mechanic they have been keeping my vehicles on the road.l go there for all my smoke checks. two years ago Alex and his team put a remanufactured engine in my 2001 Chevy S 10 pick up they did a great job and also around the same time Rebuilt my transmission for my 1996 Chevy blazer.
