What we appreciated most about this dealership is that Chase Noel from the sales department, knowing we weren't there to buy anything but rather for technical service for the truck, helped us. Ricky provided us with terrible service. If that person sells, I wonder how he does it? He doesn't care about the customer or their needs. An employee like him shouldn't argue with the customer, nor should he treat them rudely, much less get angry with the customer for interrupting him for help. This person doesn't reflect well on the company or its technical department. The technical service is the best thing about Ford, but the customer service in the sales area is the worst, which is why I'm mentioning the person who kindly assisted us. We experienced this in West Memphis, Arkansas, and in Smithville, Tennessee. In other words, Ford is having problems in its showrooms. My suggestion for this great brand is that they professionalize their sales staff and give them a good status within the company. Ford should have a large academy and differentiate itself from the competition through the qualifications of its salespeople. Take your cars and trucks to dealerships for repairs, but when you go to buy a new one, if you go to this location, make sure Chase Noel is the one who assists you. If you go to another city, make sure you are served by someone who respects the company and their profession.

I always get what I need, but you MUST arrive at least 30 minutes early for a service appointment if you have stuff to do. The check-in process is a little slow and inefficient, though you get taken care of. (The whole building including dealership runs on Southern time lol, which is fine as long as you know ahead of time.)
