I had a great experience getting my emissions tested here! Took less than ten minutes and was as seamless as it could be. The employee was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Quick and efficient. The lady working there was amazing very friendly very knowledgeable. She took care of business, but made sure I had everything I needed And understood exactly what the process was along with making sure I knew that the information had been uploaded to the system already so I could present it to the tax department when getting my license sticker. Will absolutely be back.

Went to the emissions drive through today. Very nice woman runs this—Had a nice conversation and overall a pleasant experience. She clearly knew what she was doing with the inspection. Shame that she’s kind of hidden here. Definitely a good PR person for Herbert Auto
Terrible experience. I simply ask and showed coupon for a match price of $5 off coupon for emissions test from competitor. They refused and claimed state will not allow. Not a reputable establishment.
