Came in for an oil change and to check my brakes. Turns out my brakes were in the red and needed replacement. The crew went above and beyond to do the job right. They showed me the issues with my brakes and what was needed to fix them. It can be hard to find honest and reliable mechanics but the staff here went above and beyond. While it took awhile to fix, they stayed late to make sure all was working and safe. Thank you!!!

Noah S. did not tighten the drain plug enough and I noticed oil was slowly dripping out under the car. I had to go to another Jiffy Lube location to get it torqued to spec.

Told me they could do my brakes before they closed. Left six flags and raced over only to have him tell me that they actually couldnt do them. They didnt have the parts ( even though the guy on the phone made sure that they could do it) Really wish they told me that on the phone before ruining our day.

Absolutely horrible services!! Do not go to Jiffy Lube for anything. They claim to be able to do some car repairs and they can't. I gave them the part number and the mechanic Joe said he was really confident in his skills to replace a door actuator to make my passenger door lock work and couldn't. Once I saw three guys over at my car at the same time, I should've known then. My mistake and a costly one. He suggested one thing that it could be but towards the end of the conversation he said something that made me know that he could have fixed it but didn't want to do the work. The manager Nate backed his mechanic as he should have but if you tell me that you can fix it then fix it damn it. No apologies or and thing. They have no idea what customer service looks like. Don't go to McDonald's looking to order a pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

They did not perform all the services required for an oil change. Fluids were not topped off, lights and wipers were not checked. Staff were yelling instructions, but I had no idea who they were talking to because no one was near me or looking at me. After they finished the oil change they just walked away from the car for 15 min doing nothing but wasting my time. At one point someone screamed loudly for no reason, which was alarming. The writing on my clean windshield pissed me off considering there’s now a giant smidge mark in my face distracting me from driving. I will never go back. Also noticed that on my receipt, the technician wrote “fluid leaking, not sure from where.” But never mentioned this.

My girlfriend and I were there yesterday for a simple oil change. They suggested she replace her air filter which she did not want to do at that time and they said that she needed to have her battery cleaned and they would do it for $20 and she also declined this morning we start the car and all the dashboard lights are on so I popped the hood only to find that they did not reconnect the air filter hose from the manifold to the airbox. I’ve been in the business many years and im Very disappointed with the service! The mechanic even laughed out loud while they were under the hood discussing that she did not want their other services. I cleaned her battery in less than one minute with a wire brush!
