Jiffy Lube Multicare

I had a coolant flushed done on my F150. I also wanted to have the rear differential flushed but they found a leak so I had to reschedule for the next day. They were extremely professional and thoroughly discussed the process them will complete upon review and approval. Otherwise, great team!

Got there early and was the first in line. Service was fast and I was out in 25 minutes. Had only emissions test done. I have used this facility for the past several years and am always happy with the fast service.

I took my car in to get the emissions done and the guys there were great. Zachary remembered me and knew what was needed. So thank you again for the speedy and friendly service.

This place is awesome! I've been doing my emission test here for years, but in time of trouble Zachary help me out so much. He is there to make sure to accommodate and help what the customer really needs... Not like other places who is always have an angle to make profits even though customer dont really need it. Every shop needs to be like this. True to the customer and do what's is right. You guys got a lifetime customer from me. Two 👍🏻!!!

Drove up and I didn't catch his name. The maroon shirt was very attentive when I had parked for a service. I know Miguel Ruiz from my previous job. The whole crew was made me feel very welcome to the location. Pretty much was almost in and out but I know there was a few other vehicles before me. For the most part, they were quick. I understand waiting times, so props to them for getting me back on my way as soon as they could.

From start to finish, the entire team displayed friendly and professional customer service. They took my truck in immediately and performed the oil change and inspection efficiently. The level of attention to detail was exceptional.

This Team is Awesome! They had me out of there in about 15 minutes. Very welcoming and friendly (even held the door for me!), super informative and willing to answer my questions to satisfaction. Highly recommend this very professional Jiffy Lube location! :)

I set out this morning to get an oil change and went to the quickie lube at the Ford dealership, I had an appointment at 9:15. Got there. They told me it would be two hours. I was Pissed it shouldn’t take that long with an appointment so I left and went down to your place. The young man told me It would probably take 30 minutes to go inside and relax, I did. They got it out within 30 minutes very professional. They went over everything that needed to be done In the future and everything they had done. The price was exactly what they quoted me. There was no overcharging. I am very very pleased. Thank you guys.

Very slow service. Waiting over 40 minutes for an oil change then they told me it would be another 40 minute wait for the tire rotation. I told them to cancel the tire rotation. Who has time to sit and wait for an hour and half for two simple jobs. I remember when you use to be in and out now they could care less.

1. I was in a hurry so I asked how long it would take because I have an appointment. Female attendant told me 30 minutes plus another 10 for the tire rotation max. 2. I started watching as they were doing more on other vehicles before mine and when they finally brought my vehicle up, all they did was the oil change. Then they pulled it outside, brought my keys in and put them on the counter and left it out there for 10 minutes. I asked if I could pay and take my car she said let me see if it’s finished. I told her it is they already pulled it out 10 minutes ago and brought my keys In and they are right on the counter. She responded. Oh, you have been paying attention. I responded yes and they also did not do my tire rotation. She seemed surprised but offered to try to do it for me real quick. I declined as I was already late. All they did was laugh and say sorry it’s been really crazy. They had five techs Working on two vehicles. Plus a couple other others more concerned about painting the stripes in the parking lot.
