Meineke Car Care Center

We had a good experience at Meineke Car Care Center. After getting assessments from others—some with ridiculously high prices—they gave us the best and most honest price. Thanks to Mr. Craig for being very helpful and straight to the point. I highly recommend Meineke on Broad St. Manchester.

My car was towed to Meineke to have my alternator replaced. My car was taken in right away. I was kept informed with each step they did including notifying me about a couple of other issues that I should take care of. They were very pleasant and concerned about getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I do highly recommend Meineke.

Great experience! The team was fast, efficient, and very reliable. They got my car issues taken care of quickly. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this one definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back for any future service or repair needs.

Craig is such a sweet guy. Had no heat in my car but they got it back and saved me from spending way more than I needed to. I always feel taken care of when I come here.

Went to Meineke in Manchester today for an oil change and was well taken care of by Anthony at front desk. Jaleeq performed the oil change and was very respectful young man. Overall it was a great experience and look fwd to coming back!

I called the staff at Meineke because of a check engine light in my car. (You can imagine the panic that set in) so l called on Wednesday to setup a diagnostic test. Arranged to drop the car off on Thursday at 12 for the test. In about an hour they let me know the issue and that they could repair the car first thing the following day. Sure enough the problem was fixed and my car is running beautifully! Thanks for the professionalism and the easy experience. I recommend highly!

Service was good, they helped with other problems with my car. But it took them almost 3 hours to do repairs on my car (oil change, air/cabin filter change), my appt was at 11 and they didn’t even take my car in until 11:35 after they told me it will take 45 mins for the oil change. I understand things come up, but I would’ve appreciated if they had let me know that it was going to take longer so I would’ve arranged transportation and didn’t wait for 3 hours.

My wife and I spent $2,000 trying to figure out what was wrong with our car. It had started making alarming noises, which Meineke incorrectly identified. Their work on our car, according to the later mechanics who actually fixed it, consisted of: (1) the needless replacement of unrelated parts (2) repairs which failed within three months and needed to be re-done Months later, on a second visit, Meineke still could not fix the problem. Only at this point did we seek a different repair shop -- which immediately figured out the issue and fixed it. This took far less time than we'd spent with Meineke, cost us less, and -- most importantly -- actually worked. After our expensive and exhausting Meineke fiasco, the company refused any sort of refund. Their corporate offices, after weeks of phone tag, promised to follow up and never did. We are now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- something we have never before felt pressed to do. If Meineke ever resolves this issue with us, we will update this review.

They were not ready for my appointment time. It was on Veterans Day and I am a veteran so I scheduled appointment beforehand. They didn’t get me in till almost 30 minutes later they were supposed to rotate my tires. They didn’t do that. It was just terrible service to me and it may be a while if I ever go back there, they apologize for not rotating my tires and asking me if I could come back several hours later to get it done which I couldn’t. They asked me if I could come during the week to get it done? My work schedule would not permit when I get off. They would be closed. It was just a bad experience
