I can't say enough good things about this shop. I have brought my 4runner into them a few times. They just repaired my transmission lines by fabricating them, themselves. That says a lot about the effort they are willing to put in. As a car girl, myself i know those lines can be a royal pain! These guys are very honest and trustworthy. They don't treat me like a dummy being a woman as other places have tried to do to me in the past. They are very efficient and fair. I feel very confident with my vehicle in their hands. I will not go anywhere else for future work that may need to be done. I highly recommend them, always! Thank you to the wonderful team for getting my baby fixed timely! Mike’s Auto is the only place I’ll bring my vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough! Colby was amazing. Not only did he save me nearly $15,000, but he also arranged and paid for Lyfts to and from my house without charging me a single cent. I recently brought my car in because the RPMs were spiking on the highway, and I also needed an oil change. They paid for a Lyft to take me home while they inspected the vehicle. After diagnosing the issue, Colby informed me that my powertrain was still under warranty and explained that the dealership would fix the problem and even perform the oil change at no cost. They easily could have completed the oil change I originally requested and charged me for it, but instead they were completely honest and pointed me in the right direction. Even though they didn’t charge me for anything, Colby still arranged and paid for another Lyft to bring me back to the shop. Their customer service is outstanding, and they’re truly an honest business that puts their customers first. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Mike’s Auto is the place to go.

I always get great customer service at Mike’s as well as Quality work at a fair price. They go out of their way to accommodate to the best of their ability, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve used them over the years for multiple services and I’ve never once had a complaint. They also from time to time send out mailing coupons which are very valuable most recently. I’ve been using their oil change coupon for $25 off, which is fantastic. I’d much rather deal with a store like this than a chain store where you’re not really sure who you’re dealing with every time.

I had a great experience at Mike's Auto Service. They fixed my door handle and replaced the shifter solenoid, and everything works perfectly now. The service was professional, efficient, and honest. They clearly explained the repairs, completed the work in a timely manner, and the quality was excellent. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but Mike’s Auto Service definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

Came in first time for an oil change and ended up getting new tires mounted and aligned. They have been very professional, fast, and communicative. Highly recommend and will continue to get work done here. They also offer financing which helps out on bigger job costs. 5/5

Went here a couple of months ago to get my transmission lines repaired and engine serviced (forgot to leave a review!), and as someone who is generally nervous about car issues and getting repairs, everyone at Mike's made the process super easy! The guys at the desk that I talked to over the phone were friendly and made my options 100% clear to me, while also not making me feel talked down to for not knowing much about cars. The price for repair was reasonable and they ended up saving me $4,000 from the first place I tried. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs and the amazing service. Went back recently for my emissions and it was quick and painless. Really nice guys that are willing to work with you. Thank you!

Don't panic when your check engine light comes on, just take your car to Mike like I have been doing for the past 27 years. Why? ... because finding an honest mechanic is worth his weight in "gold." My daughter complained about a small rattle in her 4x4 so she took it to the dealership. They said the front end bushings were worn and the repair estimate was $1,800. We took it to Mike's for a second opinion, with the dealer quote in hand. He said the the bushing wear was normal and the repair was not necessary or a safety issue. She saved $1,700, and the rattle was later discovered to come from a loose rear seat hold down latch. My 4x4 had the left front brake rotor heat up to 450 degrees and turned blue. I replaced the caliper thinking it was frozen. When that didn't solve the problem, I took it to Mike telling him it must be a bad wheel bearing. Never make any suggestions to a dealership. That repair runs about $1,200. Mike said it was most likely a bad brake hose seeing as I had replaced the caliper. No charge.... I saved $1,170. The battery on my second vehicle kept going dead and I thought it might be the alternator. Mike said I don't use the vehicle enough and to just put it on a trickle charger. The battery is still going strong after 5 years. I saved $220 on a battery and $900 on a new alternator installation. The computer in that second vehicle died. I dropped the vehicle off at Mike's. He said that there was corrosion on the computer's terminal connections because of its age, so he cleaned all the connections and the truck was back on the road. I saved $800 after Mike's fix and didn't have to buy a rebuilt computer. That check engine light could become your best friend... if you have the right mechanic. And this is an honest review.

Overall, I've been very happy with the service at Mike's. There has been an issue with the brake service I received (for both front and rear breaks) on my Subaru, both of which were performed at Mike's Auto in the past two years. However, in each case, the team at the shop - and specially Lou and Steve - have been excellent in helping identify the problems (faulty parts) and getting things resolved for me while working around my hectic schedule. I really appreciate their service and will definitely be returning to have my vehicle serviced with them in the future. Again, specific shout-out to Lou (for being awesome to work with and so accommodating) and Steve for making sure my issues were sorted out. Thank you!

BEWARE! They are frauds. I took my car in for a misfire on cylinders 2, 3, 4, and 5. I told them a tuneup suggested and they offered a decent price for that job. Left the car there. Was called and told the O2 sensors was bad and replaced both. Cost $750. Less than 24 hours later the same check engine light came on and the diagnostic reading was a misfire in cylinders 2, 3, 4, and 5. Now they want to run more diagnostic tests to figure out what’s wrong. I WAS SCAMMED!! BEWARE! Let the new replace part settle in they say, the may come on again after you drive it past the miles of us resetting the code!
