My experience at Mulley's was excellent in every way. I had a sudden issue with my brakes while out in the Blawnox area, and they were able to get me in and out in a pinch, while providing honest, professional, and high quality work the entire time. Bruce and his team were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely honest throughout the process. They took the time to listen to my concerns, patiently explained what repairs were needed at a level I could understand, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I've had admittedly mixed experiences with mechanics in Pittsburgh, so I'm very grateful to have found this wonderful, family-owned team at Mulley's. Bruce and John fixed my car (which I thought was a goner). It feels and drives like a brand new car. The communication and problem solving to figure out the cause of my car troubles were amazing. This will definitely be my go-to shop. I can not thank these guys enough!!

We brought our vehicle in for an inspection and when they returned it to me there were three new lights illuminated on the dash panel that were not on before we brought it in. I called to inform them and they said it wasn’t their problem but they would schedule us to come back in to fix it. We experienced previously positive experiences with them so we’re very surprised and disappointed with the position they took.
