Some place you gatekeep. A select few are so exemplary, you put on a pedestal for the whole Burrough to see. This is the latter. It takes so vanishingly little to set yourself apart in this world. If all they had done was provide quick, same-day service, and help us back out into a busy street, this would have been a five star experience. They did all that - be sure - but in the midst of a refreshingly honest transaction, you meet Christine, a paragon of diligence and clarity. And who could forget Charlie? Charlie, generous with insight and committed to doing things the right way. Thank you, Christine. Thank you, Charlie. Thank you, kind sir who helped us depart.

Very nice people - did my NYS inspection quickly and affordably. Unfortunately, for other services, specifically an oil change, they quoted $160, which is far too steep for a Hyundai, even if they use great oil like Liqui Moly. I have no problem with them offering premium oil changes like that, but they should also have a cheaper offering as well like a Mobil1 oil (or the like).

I take my BMW to a specialist in Jersey, so I needed to find a place in the city I could trust to perform a state inspection, which is not necessarily a simple task. The folks at parkside were easy to deal with, didn’t try to upsell me on BS like other shops would in the same scenario, just got me in, did the inspection, got me out. Was great and def will return.

Parkside Service got me in right away when I had an issue with my car. They were quick, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that feels this honest and trustworthy. I’m really glad they’re located so close to me. Charlie and his team are absolutely amazing!

Excellent service from every single person that works here. They are trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and do things the right way. I have had long conversations to understand what is going on and Charles is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He makes every customer feel important. Christine is incredible on front desk and ordering, very organized and even communicates via texting app that is convenient while I’m on calls. I feel very lucky that they are in my neighborhood as I have gone to them with multiple issues. Highly recommend.

I used to regularly take my car to the service centers, but was so overwhelmed with trying to understand what service my car actually needed at its current mileage that I turned to Parkside for help! They're very trustworthy and told me exactly what I needed done on my car for regular maintenance, and were able to do the NY state inspection required to register my car here. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I'm so happy I brought my car here for service!

The absolute best! Charlie and the whole team really know their stuff and are completely trustworthy. Whenever I have had any car issues, they tell me what needs to be done, what can wait if you need to and give you options of the best way to do it vs the most cost effective.
