Great local garage that does service, repairs and best to call and set time/appointment for work to be done. They also perform DMV emissions tests.

Rob came to tow my van when it had a mechanical issue that made it unsafe to drive myself to the mechanic. It was estimated to be picked up around a very busy time on a very busy street in New Haven and he was quick and professional. He not only helped with what may be wrong with it but was friendly and got it parked in a safe spot when it got to the mechanic. I’d 100% call for his services again if I needed to. Sucks to have an emergency, it’s great to have good people there to help you.

My car was taken right in. The mechanic did not seem bothered at all by any of my phone calls to check up on it. He found an even better engine to replace mine with and did it in a very reasonable amount of time. The price point was perfect for the service received!! Used them for a tow. Took them almost 3 hours to arrive. I called twice and was giving false times the driver would be arriving. Tow truck driver was straightforward and fast working.

I have been a customer here in the past and always felt welcomed and received good service. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have been disappointing. This was the second time I came in for help with my tire pressure. I did not think it was unreasonable to bring my vehicle in because the tire pressure warning light had come on and I wanted to make sure everything was okay. The employee asked which tire was low, and I explained that I did not know. I asked if he could look at the warning light on my dashboard. There was also a message showing that my headlight needed to be replaced, but he looked past that and said that was the tire warning light, which it was not. He explained that it was hot outside and asked me to pull up the tire pressure information on my vehicle rather than checking each tire. I told him I did not know how to find that screen. While I was trying to figure it out, his response came across as impatient and dismissive rather than helpful. He then checked the tires, told me none of them were low, and walked away. I tried to explain that the message he was referring to was for my headlights, not the tire warning, but I was not given the opportunity to explain before he walked away. I came in looking for help with something I was unfamiliar with, and I left feeling dismissed rather than helped. I also needed a headlight replaced and an oil change, which I had planned to schedule here, but after my last two experiences I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of treating customers with patience, respect, and professionalism. A little kindness and willingness to help goes a long way.

Called ahead of time. Asked if I could get my auto emissions checked. I was told "Yes, come on down." Literally drove 25 minutes and this dump was closed well before it's business hours. Why do business owners lie to potential customers?
