They were very helpful in getting me air for my Rv tire. Friendly and pleasant to work with. I’m guessing I dealt with the owner, unfortunately did not catch his name. Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal, personable, friendly service. I was recently in to replace the alternator in my car. Cindy at the front desk was incredibly patient as I called several times to line up when I could bring my car in and suggested means to do so. I got my car in the next day around 4:30 PM and by 8:15 the next morning I heard back about the diagnosis and quote to fix my car. I was back to driving my car by 4:30 (fixed within 24 hours). They're honest too as they didn't intend to replace the battery unless necessary (which ended up being the case after testing). Prices were fair for my vehicle and necessary repairs. I heard of Schmit Automotive through family and will absolutely be going here for future services while I'm in Lincoln for college.

Excellent service, the kindest people working there, wonderful service, my car is running so good and all at an affordable price! Will always recommend Schmidt’s Auto to friends and family. This place is the best.

Very helpful staff, but the job was unfinished. My engine light is still on after it was supposedly fixed. Superb customer service, however!

Not good customer service. I just called, the lady hung up. I asked if she knew any other place in Town that could help with an oil change. She said no (which is fine) but it was in a rude way. My family said they took their car in and they were very pushy trying to get them to buy extra things. Any place that is going to try to charge you for extra things and be pushy about it is exactly what people do not want. Most of all being nice and having good friendly customer service is non negotiable. Being a nice person is a need or no one is going to want to come there. Being a nice person isn't hard. Even just because not just because of your job.
