d an excellent experience here today. Landon serviced my vehicle and demonstrated both professionalism and genuine kindness throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, which made the experience feel transparent and reassuring. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was attentive and well-organized, and the waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. I also had my son with me, and the staff’s warmth and friendliness toward him contributed to a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, a highly positive and well-managed experience.

First time at SpeeDee. I was taken as soon as I arrived. Counter help was great. Oil change went smoothly. Service was great, no complaints!

The service was exceptionally prompt and courteous, and they provided a clear explanation of everything. I consistently choose this location for my oil changes, as all the staff members are notably friendly and helpful.

Went for an oil change… on the 30th of the month, of course they were BUSY!!! But , oil change was pretty quick, if not 4 other vehicles in front of me I would have done my sticker too. I would have been early, but would have been easier. Staff was friendly and the recommendations I got were useful….YES, I did need new wipers!

They changed my oil fine for but they didn’t have my oil so I asked for a discount and they found a coupon online that can find and said it was a discount. I asked them to fill my washer fluid they told me they did and they didn’t because I was looking right at it. They did solve my heat shield problem. The price for a break job is a rip off everywhere now and it’s funny how they justify it. I won’t be going back. They did the oil change but the unprofessionalism of chubby dude that was running it that day is crazy and me having to fill up my own washing fluid after crazy!!

This place always used to be a 5 star for my family and I. Recently went because the blower motor in our car needed to be changed and while there for a sticker they said they do that there, so obviously we'd prefer to give them our business. Went in the day of the repair, not our usual guy worked on it and insisted something different needed to be replaced and only even half replaced that part. Needless to say, 2 months later and we are now back in the same boat thanks to the temporary lazy fix and looking to shell out a couple hundred again on top of the couple hundred they charged to not fix it. From 5 star to 3, I'd still recommend it for small stuff, ie. Tires and oil change but nothing else.

While this does not reflect on the individuals that work there, it is an obviously dishonest business model. I took my car for an oil change, and as expected they go for the up charge. Fine, to be expected. They pushed me for a $1500 oil pan (and other vague) repair and assured me the oil would fall out of my car if I didn’t spend this TODAY. Naturally, I took it to a trusted mechanic. Professional Car Zone in Taunton. They made the same repair for $80 and my car is fine. I can appreciate a business trying to make money, but this company has taught its employees to take advantage of the average joe. Please, shop your estimates from them and do not spring on purchases. Once again, I can’t speak to the individuals working there, but the company business model is clearly to get you in for a cheap and quick oil change and scam you. Do not trust them. Oil change or bust.

They were unable to remove my transmission dipstick cover easily and told me to come back another day or that they could keep trying but didn't think it would open and that it was probably broken. I said to keep trying because we'd already been waiting for quite a bit. It was not broken it's just tough to reach. They seemed aggravated and angry that i didn't say just leave it and I'll bring it elsewhere. If they cannot service a Nissan rogue 2017 for transmission fluid then they should have just told me this. They were able to finally do the service but were visibly upset. They didn't give me an invoice. They didn't ask for name, number or email. I didn't receive an invoice via email. I had to call after I'd left to ask why i was not sent an invoice. They were aggravated and said my vehicle is listed under my ex from several years ago They couldn't tell me what services were listed under my license plate either They took my info and said they would email me the invoice No invoice was sent I contacted them today which is Monday the service was done on a Saturday so I could find out why I was not emailed the invoice. They again were upset and aggravated sounding as if I done something wrong requesting that my vehicle be listed under my name and they send me an invoice I spent nearly $400 and really need a receipt to keep for my maintenance and repair records They had input my email completely wrong I did ask to speak to the manager who proceeded to raise his voice yell at me say I was lucky because my vehicle was so difficult that they even did the service at all and to go ahead and take it somewhere else next time Absolutely deplorable service from the perspective of how they value and treat customers.

Stay as far as you can from this place, unless you want your filter dropping off in the driveway when you get home. I came here to get my oil changed. I only do this occasionally when I don't feel like doing it. I went home, everything is great. Next morning, I go outside, drive down the road not even 50 feet and my car starts knocking. There is a trail of oil from my driveway, all the way down the road. (See pictures) Of course I get it towed to Speedee (They can't even reimburse me for the tow) and they all gather round and look at the spectacle that is my car. The manager was very friendly, and very sorry about the incident. My oil is refilled and I'm sent on my way, and I am even given one FREE oil change! (That I am never going to use, now.) Some time later, with ~4,000 miles left before the next change, my car's oil is halfway empty already. I top up and think I'm good. A little more time later, with around ~2,000 miles left, I'm getting onto lovely Rt. 24 (Now featuring no merge lanes!) My car bucks, the flashing check engine light comes on, and my car goes into limp mode. I limp off the highway into a gas station, check my oil and it's... Completely bone dry. I take my car to a real mechanic, and he tells me someone stripped out my oil plug, and decided that gluing it back in was the best move. Couldn't even do that right, because it had been leaking all my oil out! (Manager said he can't do anything about it if he doesn't see the car, and wouldn't take the old oil pan after it had been removed from my car as proof.) If you want to be stuck with a $400 bill to replace your oil pan and get your 3rd premature oil change in the last 12 months and oil stains all in your compacted driveway out in the street, stop at SpeeDee Oil today!
