TLC did a great job with finding the suspension stabilizer bar link needed to be replaced. And the wiper blades needed to replaced. I had noticed when I used the wipers it smeared like wax on the windshield. Thank you, TLC for doing a great job. Always a friendly place whenever I go there too.

This shop is one of the best shops in Red Wing by far the best communication, the most reliable mechanics and technicians, especially Brad I called the same day that my motor went out on my vehicle. They gave me a quote the next day I approved the work. I dropped my car off and they had the motor in a week after they ordered it. They were very thorough and very well at communicating one of the best shops by far I recommend them more than anyone else!

Had a great experience! I was able to get in quick and so easy to make an appointment. Very easy to talk to when i had questions. Also really appreciated the invoice. It explained everything down to what the cv link does. Definitely going to go back :)

Great experience with TLC Automotive. Price was reasonable and right in line on the lower end of my own research. The service was top notch. They came and picked up my vehicle and returned it, which was super helpful with my work schedule. I had previously taken my vehicle to a shop that did general repairs, but weren't engine specialists. I was told my engine problems were internal and that it was going to fail. They were not being dishonest, just not experienced with the issue I was having. Bummed out, I did more research and discovered that it was very common to misdiagnose the timing belt tensioner issue. TLC did their diagnosis and confirmed it was not the engine itself, but that faulty timing belt tensioner. They repaired it, changed out all the other belts, took care of a valve clog that was causing oil leaks and now my vehicle is working great! Thank you, Brad, and the TLC team!

The availability of the team at TLC was great to schedule an oil change service around my schedule. I waited during the service and the waiting room is comfortable. An added bonus of purchasing tires through TLC is that during oil changes, they rotate the tires complimentary.

TLC worked on a 1993 vehicle I had sitting for several years. Needless to say it needed many bugs to be worked out after sitting for so long. They took care of them and didn't charge me for a few additional problems that arose after I got it back and drove it for awhile. I've always had friendly, good, quick, reasonably priced service at this shop and would highly recommend them.

I broke down on the highway and was towed to a hotel. After two days fighting with a water pump replacement (walking back and forth for parts / tools / etc.) I called TLC Automotive, and though they were booked up for they day, Brad came to me and helped me to remove the most stubborn bolts and the failed water pump. I was in a real pinch and Brad came through within minutes of my call on no notice, and got me out of a major bind, asking nothing in return. I'm extremely grateful for his good dead. Esteemable people do esteemable things. Big thanks Brad!!
