This is the emissions center you want to go to. Super quick and painless. Staff member was super kind as well.
Emissions testing was quick and painless! I have a great deal of anxiety around getting my emissions testing done. Not only is it pointless to me but a lot of time I’ve found the people doing it are grumpy. I had called around to a few places and this seemed the least complicated and most welcoming. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly helpful, friendly, organized, knowledgeable and quick! I will definitely be coming here from now on for my emissions testing. Also to note, they have a separate building for the testing so it’s away from all the regular service needs which I feel helps speed up the process.

The courtesy pickup was a game changer. I work a lot, 12-14 hours a day, beginning @ 5 AM. To have the dealership pick up my vehicle, perform the maintenance items, and return it before the end of the business day was huge for me!

Went for emissions test. The technician was quick and very nice.
They were very timely and professional. Not quite sure if I got a required 45k vehicle maintenance, or if they just changed the oil and did the checks that they do when anyone brings a car in. No staff wore masks.
Horrible emissions test. The man doing the testing was rude, impatient, and condescending. I understand he was not the usual tester. He refused to do my test because I had to take a minute to get my odometer setting. He told me I wasting other's time so he pulled my car out of the bay, and told me to figure it out, because he wouldn't help. When I came back shortly with the correct setting, he told me that he wasn't going to do it. He was getting another person's paperwork, and sent me away, after I had waited for over a half hour, before this person even showed up. Very rude, miserable man.
