Dave the technician was very nice. It’s very affordable and quick, like In-N-Out! I will definitely be back next year!

Dave has done my emissions tests for the last three visits. I enjoyed talking to him. Is he a little quirky? Sure. But rude? No. I did not get that vibe at all. He did a great job!

Had 2 cars 🚗 🚙 to inspect and waited past my tag deadline…. so needed to get both done same day… I’m new to Buford area this location came up on my google search and was just around the corner. To my delight there was no waiting… (unlike the stations around the Mall of Georgia) and no heavy traffic. Dave was friendly, helpful and informative. He gave excellent customer service. I was able to get emission testing on both cars and use a tag kiosk in under an hour. ⏰ The price💰 is the best around so feel free to give him a tip 💴. The location convenient and away from traffic… easy to get in and out. The only thing is it is in the very back so follow the arrow sign all the way to the back. For the price 💸 and convenience I will be using this location again. They take cash or card but you can only tip in cash.

Service tech is rude and I can't believe he is still employed. Told me to pull in and then yelled at me to "Not run him over" I've gotten emissions done on 1 if not 2 cars a year for 40 years and have yet to run someone over. Once he TELLS you to get out of the car, don't even try to step one foot back into the bay, he will rudely tell you to get back, even when he has grunted for payment. Posted hours are a joke.

The hours are merely a suggestion. This is the 3rd time I've stopped by within their listed business hours and they are closed. I'm coming for a retest that I already paid for. Dave was also extremely rude which surely does not help. Open or modify your hours so people don't waste time coming over here!

Terrible experience . Been coming here for all our cars for 3 years . If Dave is here next time I will gladly drive on. I waited for 10 minutes even though no one was in front of me. He sat in a chair scrolling on his phone until I said are you all open? Then he kept gesturing with his hands to drive back around never saying anything.He didn’t speak at all except for when he rudely said get out and stand over the as he gestured with his hands. Before then I thought he was non verbal. No thank you or anything. So no tip for him. We always tip generously since they are so cheap. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life.
