I went in the evening and had no wait, super quick test, and the gentleman that did my test was very polite and informative on what was happening. I go here everytime, and will continue to do so.
Do recommend if needing emissions testing. I was able to arrive with little wait and was in and out, emissions checked and new registration/sticker in under 10 minutes. Staff was very nice and made the process very simple for those unknown to how it all works.
I went on a Tuesday there was like a 3 minute wait The gentleman working there was so nice and kind it was quick easy it was actually a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be.

Don't usually leave reviews, but I appreciate the help, service, and professionalism of the folks here. You can pull up to the office afterward and purchase your plate sticker too. It was great, and fast. Best licensing process I have ever done.
I went here to purchase my license plate renewal sticker, as I have for the past 5 years. It's much faster than the Secretary of State facility. The staff are always polite and courteous, whether you're there for emissions testing and/or your license plate renewal sticker.
Wonderful and pleasant workers and a great overall experience! Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been greeted with the happiest staff. It’s a very quick and easy process, in/out in 3-5 minutes!

Have came here several times with my friend and it's always been a smooth and easy process.
Called to ask a simple question. Don't do that, I never even got to talk to someone. Why do you have a number? Not to mention audio quality, my ears are bleeding.
These people don't understand that they serve and work for the people. If someone wants to wait 5-10 min in the cool air for the bus in the cool air, they will be allowed. If not, shut down. Your choice.
