My daughter ❤️ told me about this place. I don't regret it at all. The place has a very outstanding customer service. They show so much respect. If you don't understand something, they are very patience with you. No question is a bad question. You are there to learn about your car and they won't let you leave without a good understanding of the breakdown of what was done to the car. Now they will tell you beforehand if they need to work on something(I had to add that part). But all in all I love going to LTS. I can't wait to get my oil change, lololol!!! I hope this review get them more clients coming in to see what all the excitment is about. LTS thank you for your service on my car. I really appreciate it!!!!!!

I was misinformed as to how often new vehicles need an emissions test so it was the 4th of July weekend and my tags expired on June 30th so I desperately was searching for a place to do it. Every place I called couldn't do it till the following week but LTS got me in the next morning. Clayton was super helpful!! All the gents there were awesome. I know where to take my car everytime now. LTS !!

When I went to LTS for safety and emissions testing, the parking lot was very full. I was a little concerned about how long it would take. The people seemed very honest and friendly and the atmosphere was calm. The testing was completed very promptly. I would definitely recommend LTS and would feel comfortable going back in the future!

I have been thoroughly impressed with LTS Automotive! I called in late afternoon and they got me in first thing in the morning to get my brakes repaired. The technician knew I needed to go out of town and worked right up until closing to finish my vehicle! The guy at the service desk even stayed past closing, giving me a call to let me know it was ready and give me time to get there! It is very refreshing to find a business that explains things thoroughly, communicates clearly, has courteous & hardworking employees, and I can trust to do an excellent job!

LTS is great in customer service and car repair. Many times as a woman I worry about going to places and being taken advantage of, but the people there always make me feel comfortable. They check my car when I bring it for oil changes and let me know if they think things will be coming up soon (like brakes, tires, etc.) I really appreciate this as a single mom. Their customer service is top notch!

Took my 2018 Maxima in because the check engine light was/is on. After running some diagnostics it was determined that I needed a MAF sensor. Levi kept in contact and told me they would have to run advanced diagnostics since the sensor and air filter didn’t solve the problem. I okayed the further diagnostics because I wanted my car fixed right. Come to find out it’s bad gas and just run it low and fill with fresh gas. I highly recommend LTS. They’re top notch and run a very clean shop. In addition they are also honest, which nowadays is very hard to find. I know beyond a reasonable doubt that if I had went elsewhere, they would’ve replaced every part imaginable and likely charged me well above $1000 just to leave with the check engine light still on or worse damaged my car to the point that I would’ve had to take it to the dealership. Again I will use LTS for any future repairs.

Quick safety and emissions inspection (20 minutes!). And they were able to switch out a broken bulb so that I would pass the inspection today, instead of rescheduling! Excellent service.

I took my Jeep in last week and asked LTS to diagnose the start/stop light not going off. $200 plus later they told me that they could not find any issues and sent me on my way. While driving home my Jeep started displaying all types of error codes and became almost undriveable. I called them and the rep told me to bring the car back. He could not diagnose the problem and told me to come back the next morning. I did and after several hours they said my Jeep had a bad auxiliary battery. They replaced it and all seemed fine for an hour or so and then my Jeep went "crazy" again. I decided to take it to the dealer instead. The dealer found a "high-amperage" fuse was blown and said that LTS probably blew this fuse when they were checking the batteries. He also said that it probably did need an auxiliary battery replacement, so LTS got that right. I realize today's cars are complex - I think a dealer is probably a better choice for this type of work (and that is tough for me to say, I went to LTS because I wanted to find someone else other than the dealer to work on my cars). I spoke with LTS and they are going to reimburse a $136 inspection fee which shows their willingness to rectify the situation. In summary, I like the guys at LTS and based on reviews I think they are probably fine for standard work (e.g. brakes, tires, etc.), however, I would leave the complex stuff to the dealer.

I have been using LTS for awhile. The work has always been good. But I found out the owner retired and sold to some corporate group. Now they are charging to use a credit card. I understand the cost but there are advantages to using a credit card for the company and the customer that debit and checks do not provide. This is just the first step in changes of a great locally owned business changing into a greed Ed corporation. So I will be checking around to see if I can find another place that is locally owned.
