Customer Reviews
First time using this company! We needed our AC repaired. Carson arranged to get us is within the hour on the same day, provided a shuttle, and completed the work the same day! Highly recommend them and will use them again!
Great auto mechanic shop, they have gotten us in when we’re were in a pinch. They are fast, fairly priced, and do great work. I recommend them all the time!
My car drove off the lot with zero symptoms clunking or struggle that it came in with. They communicated each step and discovery as they went. Making sure I understood the function and potential issue and the cost as we went. We set up a plan for the things I could not afford in the immediate and were not vital to make the car run safely. I really appreciate everything they completed.
I have had my car back for almost a week now and it is driving like a champ! Matt and Tristan are top notch! They really know their stuff! And they operate with honesty and integrity. Having a mechanic I can truly trust means everything! They were excellent at communicating during the repair and the cost was fair. If you need a repair, I highly recommend them.
The moment I called All Tech I knew I would have a great experience with them! From the first conversation, Dan was super helpful and tried to help me solve my issue on my own before scheduling me with them! As soon as I dropped my car off, they made it super easy to communicate with them. They updated me on services and prices often and were super clear on what was happening. I would highly recommend going to All Tech Auto Repair!
GO HERE!! This place is amazing! Me and my boyfriend bought a new bmw that we wanted to get inspected asap, and they took us in immediately. They were keeping us informed and updated the whole time. These guys are amazing and know what they are doing. With the new car we found out it was misfiring, so we asked to help us fix it. With us being a walk in and finishing it in 2 days I seriously couldn’t ask for better service. Not to mention super affordable!
Awesome! Not only did the get me in the same day I called but the finished it the same day as well so that I wasn’t missing anymore work than needed. Had an issue with my lug nut and studs on my car and the were great about replacing it. They also took care of my breaks and rotors at a better price than anybody else I called. great mechanics and very customer friendly. Offered a ride after dropping car off and truly were just great and took care of my car and my stress! I will be returning.
Matt at All Tech Auto is good. He made the whole repair process easy and stress free. - Prices fair - Repair warranty good. - Communication needs work.
Alltech was recommended to me by a friend. I had a 2018 Volkswagen that was leaking boost somewhere. I'd like to state for the record that I am mechanically inclined and prefer to work on my own vehicles but was truly stuck on this one. Upon bringing it in they diagnosed as low oil pressure for a code they pulled. And we needed to start there. Added two quarts of oil. Called me back the next day. Said they stuck a camera down the turbo and it had some chips on the propeller. Recommending the turbo be replaced at the tune of $3200. I asked Matt the service advisor; "clearly the turbo does not need to be replaced since it's dumping boost out somewhere?! Did you check the vacuum lines? The wastegate? Solenoid? " Matt immediately got upset and told me verbatim "come get your car we are not working on it anymore. You owe us $180 diagnostic and $16 dollars for oil". I picked up and took to another mechanic who found a connector to the throttle body that was not seated properly. Took him 5 minutes to find and push it in. Fixed! Alltech failed to accurately diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. Was rude when asking questions. And then charged me for there incompetence. I will say that Matt did call me back and apologize for his outburst. Blaming his lack of sleep. Which I will say I did appreciate. I'm requesting All tech to refund my $180 for there failure to accurately diagnose my car. I was not treated fairly and grossly overcharged for a misdiagnosis. I'll remove my review when this happens. Dan is welcome to reach out to me also. Imagine going to the doctor and telling them you have a broken toe and they recommend just amputating your whole leg. Would highly not recommend for diagnosis needs.
