He spent another maybe 30 minutes afterwards explaining every defect, what it meant, and likely remedy in a very clear and concise manner. Never was he rushed even though it was 6:30pm. End result - within 30 minutes after inspection we received the extremely detailed inspection report clearly showing pics and descriptions of each defect with arrows and circles showing every detail and how critical each is. Impressive! We weren't looking for a deal or cheap we wanted detail on a comprehensive expert inspection and got exactly what we wanted and more. They came recommended to us by a prominent Boise realtor she was spot on with these guys A+

Called on a Friday needing an inspection done by the next Wednesday, per my agreement with the builders. They scheduled me for the following Monday, which worked perfectly, and the lady was very friendly and kind. Very easy to work with and made me feel confident to choose them. Today, the inspection took the right amount of time and he called immediately when he finished and went through everything in detail that he found, he was thorough. I was able to make another appointment 11 months away, for before my warranty ends, and I received my full report with photos within 2 hours. Amazing experiences. Definitely recommend.

Steve Taylor was great! He was very thorough! We are buying a new build and he caught so many things that needed to be fixed! Stuff that my husband and I were not even aware of. My husband and are I are so thankful we decided to do the home inspection. I highly recommend Steve. He’s a straight shooter and knows his stuff!

The report was done the same day and organized by how serious each concern was, with recommendations and links to suggested contractors we could use for fixes. Michael was amazing for me and my wife. He did such a thorough inspection and found a lot of good things on a NEW BUILD house that needed some fixing. He sent us pictures and videos of what he found.
