Quick & easy to deal. The lady in the office is pretty nice & good customer service. I've been coming here every year for state inspection & oil change. I referred a lot of friends to come & they're happy of their services.

I usually go to way down S Post Oak for my inspections but those places seem kinda shady. I never felt comfortable. And they close at 5pm. So this time I tried 5 Minute Oil Change- only to find it was an hour wait! So I drive over to an independent Lube and Wash; same deal- long wait. Finally, though it was 5pm I googled again and found Alpha. So happy they’re open til 6pm. Barely a wait, so quick, under 15 minutes, polite staff, both indoors and out, around $20 for the inspection. Plus I learned helpful info to avoid a future ticket. I am very happy with my experience. I’ll be back next year!

I must say I’ve pass this place a million times, but I was referred by a friend and so glad I was. The lady and gentleman were both nice and I went after work around 5:00 not crowded and did not take long. Price was reasonable and they do accept cash, card and tap it is $1.00 for card and tap but it’s still a reasonable price and the wait wasn’t long at all.

Communication was a 10. I pulled up and they immediately got to work! I will be coming back to this specific place if there’s a need!. They got me in and out! Thanks again.

Great service.Good price. Ari & Miguel were the best experience. From the first call inquiring about their Alignment service till the checkout, I had great experience with them. Ari will give you all the details for you smooth in out experience. Miguel was very thorough he has excellent method to get the Alignment done correct. Very knowledgeable. He gave me many other tips. I just had great experience all around and goes without saying they are my new favorite mechanic shop now

I went to Alpha Auto Center for the annual vehicle emission and safety inspection. They were friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. It took less than five minutes from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They are one block from Aldi's on Bissonnet. I highly recommend them. I'll certainly be back.

I had a great experience at this place! I went there for an alignment on my Ford F150, and they didn’t try to sneak in extra charges. They’re definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for good service at a reasonable price. They are probably limited in the services they provide, but I believe they do brakes but might be limited to just brake pads and no suspension services. They do oil changes as well. They also do state inspections, and I think they sell vehicles there too. But because of the limited services, you can expect to be in and out quickly.

shop. They charged me about $19 for the inspection and told me my car didn’t pass because of the catalytic converter. I waited around 30 minutes for the mechanic, and when he finally came, he told me the part would cost $500, but if I paid him $200 in cash, he could “make it pass.” I refused because that didn’t seem right. He spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way, insisting on the extra money. Later, when the check engine light turned off, I called back to explain and he hung up on me. They never refunded my money and treated me with no respect at all. People like this shouldn’t be working with customers. Be careful if you go there — very dishonest and unprofessional service.
