Hard to find an auto service place you trust. Auto-motion was recommended by a friend. We took our VW Passat there with AC issues. They were able to diagnose and take care of the problem. I felt confident in the work and price we received.

My wife and I drove to Louisville (from Missouri) and had some car trouble as soon as we got off the freeway... it would have been unsafe to drive much more. Luckily, the folks at AutoMotion were sympathetic to my situation, and got the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. These guys are very personable and go out of their way to help out. If I lived in the Louisville area, I'd use them for all my auto repairs. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technicians! I am an ASE certified mechanic myself, so it is extremely rare for me to have someone else work on my vehicles. Recently, I needed some repair work done on an Audi with many aftermarket modifications. I trusted the crew at Auto-Motion to get it done for me. They went above and beyond to do everything right and give a detailed explanation of every component and the labor involved with getting the job done. They have installed APR tunes on several of my Audi vehicles now. Thanks again for the great service!

If you go here you will NOT be disappointed, easily one of the best shops I’ve ever used. And I’ve had experience with multiple great shops. This one is just the cherry on top, to me at least. I love working with Scott. He is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personal. As is the rest of the staff in the experience I have working with them. I actively avoid going anywhere else if it is possible and this is one of the only places I will recommend anyone for almost anything to. I trust this place to work on my vehicle, and I know I will not randomly show up with a massively inflated bill or told they did an extra 10 hours of labor without discussing it with me. You will know what is going on with your car. Their labor rates for working on German cars is phenomenal, especially given their attention to detail. I love that they are still a family owned shop and the family still actively works in the shop, not just owning it and sitting by idly.

This shop was great to work with! Scott put in an upgraded clutch in my 2018 GTI. He was great a communicating with me on the job and got me in and out in just a couple days. I felt that the pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work! I would definitely recommend this shop! Thanks Scott!

I have a 2011 GTI. It is the first “new” car that I’ve ever owned and I did a lot of research on what I wanted to do to it to make it more fun to drive. I decided on getting some APR upgrades and that brought me to Auto-Motion. This ultimately brought me to Auto-Motion and Scott. Now, when I tell you that this was a pure lottery-style win in my favor that falls ridiculously short of accurate. Scott went way above and beyond what he was required to do. He worked with me on a time that would work best for my schedule. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel like he was an old friend and not someone I had just met. He made getting upgrades to my car a really pleasurable experience that made spending the amount of money on it that much less painful. Not only did I get the ECU Flash, Auto-Motion just happened to have a full APR intake in stock that I bought and got put in that night! You hear horror stories about mechanics all the time, Auto-Motion will squash all of those fears. They have earned my business for anything that my car needs for as long as they’re around, which judging by how they treated me, will be a long time. TL;DR - Auto-Motion is awesome and I had a great experience there. I would recommend Scott to anyone who asked for a great mechanic.

I would not recommend this car shop to anyone. The customer service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the work on my vehicle was not done properly. I was given unrealistic time estimates and had to keep calling for updates because nobody would reach out to me. On top of that, the pricing did not match the quality of service I received. Very disappointed with the overall experience and would not return.

Scammers and Liars work here. I took my car to this shop and the mechanic, Mark, hit a pedestrian while driving my car in the Auto Motion Parking Lot. When I picked up my car, he did not notify me that he hit someone while driving my car. A few weeks later, I receive a call from my insurance saying a claim had been filed on my insurance. Mark is dishonest and can not be trusted. Do not bring your car here.
