I had to replace my right side mirror. I checked some other places but was given bad advice. I took my car to SMI. They took care of everything, for a reasonable price and within about a day of bringing my vehicle by for them to look at. I was very pleased. Their customer care is exceptional.

Very professional and knowledgeable on what my VW needed. The prices were very comparable and they did a ton of work and got it all done in a very timely manner. I will definitely be recommending them to others and will return if needed 😊

Service advisor Miguel was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very fair price given for the work and repairs on my car, saved a couple thousand off estimate from dealership. Excellent service and communication given about problem going on with my car and what was needed to fix it. I will definitely use them again when needed.

I chose SMI because they had good reviews and gave me the best quote for an expensive repair I needed on my car. They deserve every one of their 5 stars! They did the work for the price and in the (fast) time they promised, they clearly explained the other issues they found on the car and charged a very fair price to fix those things, they were super friendly and very accommodating. Taking your car in for expensive service is never fun, but SMI made it stress-free and easy. And most importantly, the car runs great now! I will definitely use them again next time I need any car work!

Brought my car in there as I was sick of multiple mechanics telling me that the brakes where fine. I felt like I was driving a bus they were so loud. They inspected the brakes, and agreed, I needed new brakes AND rotors. They replaced the same day I dropped it by, and the vehicle is amazing again. A+++ Service. I highly recommend SMI to others!

I was having my issues with my power steering that I was afraid would cost me a fortune. Jeff Perkins was incredibly helpful and turned out that I just needed a new battery. I also needed to get 4 new tires. Jeff found me some at a great price and took care of it the same day!

I didn’t grow up in Louisville and this place was recommended by a coworker. I will definitely be using them for any car troubles. They had to replace my entire exhaust system and some sensors & they did it in one day with great communication from Miguel! I would recommend to my friends and family!

Our first service experience outside of the dealership with our audi q7 and i can say without a doubt we won't be taking anywhere else for repairs in the future. Our service advisor Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the repairs. And the cherry on top of their excellent service was that they saved us thousands off of our original estimate from the dealership. Thank you SMI! We will do business again! (Just hopefully not too soon lol)

I was told I needed a new battery along with the brake job I needed. I wasn’t having trouble before taking it there. They said they checked it and it was bad. I might get in a place where the Toyota hybrid wouldn’t start. I then left and got the battery tested at Batteries Plus and the battery was in great shape. Saved myself hundreds. I hate being lied to for money. Not good.
