Benchmark and the owner Hamza are my family’s pick for superior service, timely resolution and reasonable pricing. They are an honest, ethical, knowledgeable and hardworking group of workers. On a hot summer day, the lobby area is always nice and cool. They have complimentary coffee and last time I was there, they also had lemonade on ice. I’ve also referred a few people here and all have had a great experience. 5 out of 5 times, they have fixed the problem correctly on the first try. Thanks, Hamza and Benchmark. I came today for an emissions test. How wonderful it was to have a clean comfortable waiting room to sit in while they completed the test. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will be back. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time today to get an emissions test and I will absolutely be back! The staff was super sweet, they were ready right on time, only waited 20 min, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and my total was only $28! Awesome family owned and ran shop!

I popped a tire on the way to work! 😖But fortunately for me I was close to Benchmark and pulled in. The attendant opened early for me and let me sit inside then took off the popped tire and put on my spare tire. Then the owner told me that it was fine for me to get to work and I could pick up the new tire on the way home after work. I arrived later and they put the replacement tire on quickly!! Turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one!! Friendly, fast, reliable and FAIR!! I would highly recommend!!!

I brought my car in for an emergency repair. I explained the issue to the service technicians, providing detailed information about how it was functioning. I also showed them a picture I had taken of the stored codes. They assured me they would take this into account during the repair. They called me with the diagnostic and price, and got it done within a few hours. It was by far the best repair experience I've ever had – efficient, reliable, and genuine. I'll be returning my car to them for any future needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Benchmark. I’m no where near a car person but Michael explained all of this is a digestible way. My Apple CarPlay went out in my Honda Civic and their fix was a fraction of the cost that I was quoted at the dealership. I’m very happy to have found a shop like this for more than their work but also their service.

After taking my vehicle to Plaza, Firestone, the Ford dealership, and even Sam’s Club with no real results and outrageous quotes. I finally brought it to Benchmark Auto. I wish I had come here first! They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and the price was incredibly reasonable. No gimmicks, just straightforward, honest work. Professional and transparent every step of the way. Benchmark has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be back for any future auto needs. Highly recommend!

I called this location to see if he did safety inspections. He said, “yes I can get you in at 11am.” I came to this business and the guy was very professional, knowledgeable and honest he won’t BS you and he makes sure your car is safe to hit the road. I totally recommend this location. Hamza is the owner and he is good at his job.

Booked an inspection online, called and asked if I could drop off my car before they open at 8:30 and leave my keys in a drop box, so I could be to work at 8:00. They told me no, so I drove over the day before my appointment to see if I could drop it off before they closed at 6:00. When I arrived at 5:30 there was in fact a drop box for keys and the employees were getting in their cars to leave for the day. When I tried to open the door to the shop one of the guys rolled down his car window and just said “we’re closed”. Not even a “hi! sorry, we closed early today” just “we’re closed”. Canceling my appointment and taking my car somewhere else for an inspection, thanks for nothing. Reply to Owner’s comment: Your policy is not the issue here, and I have no doubt that your employees are hardworking and deserved to leave early. What would make me happy is if I didn’t have to put up with a bothered “what do you want?” attitude when calling or coming to your shop! If you close earlier than your posted hours, that’s totally fine! But when someone shows up for whatever reason at 5:30 thinking you close at 6:00, there is no reason to be rude about it. That is just bad for business. Even just putting a sign of the door saying “sorry, we’ve closed early today”would be a step in the right direction. Also, people can see your replies to reviews. It just looks bad replying to people the way that you do. Hope you find a way to treat customers with more respect.
