Great mechanics. Ali helped me very much during a time everyone’s fear of taken advantage of is at its highest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hands down. Just imagine my issue. 2009 F150 cranks but engine doesn’t turn over, and needed to be towed to a mechanic shop. I’m at a client’s site training their wastewater operator. It went well lots of feedback, feeling confident that the day is going well. Then my truck would not work. The site’s Maintenance mechanic Supervisor suggested taking it to Big A service center, people helping each other. AAA arrived did a couple things to see if they can get it running and failed. The truck towed to Big A and Ali had his mechanics look at it. Then I got a call and what I assumed to be the problem was correct. The fuel pump was not working. It was a walk in and they were busy. With all of that and great price, it took two days. I needed a car and enterprise was two blocks away. Enterprise asked me what company I worked for and found it. I also asked how much it would be using AAA membership and it was the same as my company, $42 a day. Long story short, Big A made the repairs and gave me a year warranty on labor and parts are warranted by manufacturer.

These guys are amazing they do excellent work and they know how to treat customers I needed a battery for my vehicle and I was in and out of their in 15 minutes the brothers are very nice and knowledgeable about explaining what needs to be done with my vehicle. Ali and his brother and team are good people I will definitely be coming back for any repairs if needed. I appreciate them because they even did an inspection of my car to notify me if I needed anything else to be done sooner than later Thank you

I had a great experience at Big A Service Center. This is definitely one of the cheapest places for a New Jersey state inspection, and the service is incredibly fast. I was in and out in 10 minutes, which is hard to find these days. The staff was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

I have been going to big A for 3 yrs now and they have done a great job. I have gone for multiple things for more Buick enclave and the price is fair for the work. They work with you to get your car back on the road.

Muhammad is a Great guy, and treats me like family. 99% of the time it’s one day service unless the job is really major. I would recommend this repair shop to all Vehicle owners that want to steer clear of the overpriced, dishonest auto dealerships.

The new owner, Muhammed, is just as good as the previous one. Trustworthy, fair pricing, fast, and efficient. They'll try their best to make sure you leave a happy customer. This is my main mechanic spot and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

I”ve been Ray’s customer since last 15 years, they have the best machines and best service, I went there to get my car fixed for oil leak and for coolant drain and saw the new owner but the service is the same and everything else is just like before , fast service I got out of there in few hours, it was a long job also I got discount from the new owner and the pricing is reasonable , I really appreciate big A service center. This place was my go to spot for car maintenance and repair. But the Owner retired and it is under new management. Unfortunately, the quality of service is no longer great. Have had three separate issue since under new management. And the last was an oil change where an hour later the check oil light came on and when I checked there was no oil in the motor. No drip under car? I filled up the van with six quirt of oil and went back. The owner said he had no idea how this is possible. Gave me the money for the oil I purchased after I showed him the video of me pulling out a dry dip switch. And suggested I find somewhere else to get serviced. Update: due to owners response to review i feel compelled to clarify. Why would I even bother to make a review on a fraudulent accusation. First of all he charged my company for an oil change. However, it was only after driving the van on the highway that the check oil light came on. And afterwards stopping and checking the dip switch and checking for leaks and finding no oil in the engine and no splatter of oil underneath. I was forced to stop and add six quarts of oil. Be be clear. The money received back from the owner was only the money I spent buying additional oil to keep the engine from freezing up and causing a terrible accident in the highway. The money charge to my company was kept. They never received a refund. But I will be more then happy to never return to this location.
