I scheduled a mobile oil change the day before and provided all the requested vehicle information. My appointment was confirmed for 10:00 a.m., and I clearly explained that my schedule was not flexible because I had another appointment. I was assured the service would take only 30–45 minutes and that I would be finished well before I needed to leave. At 10:02 a.m., no one had arrived, and my calls went unanswered. After I sent a message, I received a call stating that the mechanic was still on the way to purchase the oil. At 10:18 a.m., I was then informed that the Mobil 1 full synthetic oil requested for my vehicle was unavailable. Because the company was unprepared for a confirmed appointment and did not honor the agreed-upon time, I had no choice but to cancel. I understood that the mobile service would cost over $60 more than a standard oil change and was willing to pay for the convenience. However, the lack of preparation, poor communication, and delay were unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not use this company for future services.
