My tires had lost lots of air. My son said something is wrong because the tires should not lose that much air. Before that on or about 8/17/2026 I went to WAWA to check my air in the tires because the indicator light went on. I put air in the tires; or so I thought. I think something is very wrong with WAWA's free air because it never filled the tires to its amount of air requested. The tires kept losing air. I took it to Frank's on Sycamore St. on 8/20/2026. Frank told me to bring the car back in about an hour. I did that and prviously explained to him the issue with the tires. I went back and he said he was not able to check the tires due to his heavy work load. I went a little further down Sycamore St. and across the street from Fred Beans was Burns. He was so nice and he checked the main tire I was having issues with and he did not see any nails in that particular tire. I will take my car there for my state inspection in October. People can take their cars in for insp. 3 months prior to the month posted on their stickers. .

Wonderful neighborhood shop. As the saying goes, 'They don't make em like this anymore!'. They've gained a customer for life.

Came to have a tire repair because I saw a nail puncture. They checked the tire, confirmed that the nail did not break the tire, and had me on my way at no charge.

Integrity and respect. These guys took great care of me through a frustrating inspection process. I brought my Mini Cooper to the shop for a routine inspection and after a surface-level unofficial inspection, Doug, one of the mechanics gave me call and suggested we get it looked at by a Mini Cooper dealer or mechanic who specializes in Coopers... And the best part: he charged me NOTHING for his time. He must have spent at LEAST 30 minutes test driving it, looking at it and calling me, and he refused to take payment for his efforts. That's integrity. I will certainly be returning to this shop in the future even though they did not service my vehicle during this most recent inspection process. Thanks Burns Auto!

Amazing. Understand I'm an old guy. Using Burns for 40 years or so of great service. This morning just wanted to bring my wife's car in for a quick plug on a leaking tire. Pulled up front. Before I could enter Dave came out and asked how he could help. Sent the young guys out for a quick repair. Fixed before 8 a.m. Safe car for my wife, smile for me.

I called them as a I drove by asking to check my tire. The owner said to bring right in and they’ll look at it. I did and they did! I was in and out within 15 minutes after they found a nail in my tire. The owner was so pleasant and “real” that I felt I could trust them with my car today and going forward if I need it. Great local business!!!

The guys at Burns Auto repair were so kind and worked super quickly to fix the oil leak on my 2015 Scion tC. Had me in and out in less than an hour! They did an amazing job and were very kind. Highly recommended them for any work that you need done on your vehicle! Thank you so much for your help!

Discovered a slow leak on my new to me '21 Ford Bronco. I've always come to Burns for their full service gas station, I figured I would come in first thing on a Saturday to have it hopefully patched. I get there around 7:40 AM and Doug took me right in, 20 minutes on the dot, it's patched and all tires are filled to the correct PSI. Wonderful service and very prompt. Will be going back for my inspection next week!
