I have been taking my vehicles to Al since I was a teenager. He is reliable and knowledgeable. Al is always honest with me about my car, what it needs, and what ive done to it... He always explains everything to me and shows me parts that he has replaced, even though I won't get it. He just wants to show me because he's honest and wants me to see what he's talking about. He also is friendly and feeds the cats that live outside his shop which I think is a good character quality :)
