Phil's is solid. Expect to pay for a diagnostic report, but be assured that they will check everything out for you, give you a detailed report with photos, and do the work quickly and professionally. I've gone here twice with relatively major issues, and each time got my car back quickly and my problem solved. Most recently my engine was overheating and they replaced my radiator fan and serpentine belt. I also have a good idea of what I need to watch out for next, and can plan when to get new tires and such. Thorough, fast, and trustworthy.

Unlike the dealer, I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. Everyone that works here is incredibly kind. They were thorough and went the extra mile. Price was reasonable. I’ll never get my oil changed anywhere else.

As flight crew, I'm often very busy and in and out of town for work. As such, my inspection crept up on me and so I asked ChatGPT for local suggestions on where to bring my car to get my inspection done on the last day of the month in June. I called Phil's, spoke to Phil, who told me to stop on by. His shop happens to be a very short drive from my house. Phil shook my hand, had my car back to me by the end of the day with a report on what I'd need to pay attention to over the coming months to keep my car in good maintenance. Phil is an incredible owner who is transparent, friendly, and reasonable. Came in for an inspection and he did a thorough job explaining via their report all the issues that came up during the inspection so it was not a surprise at all for me. Phil covered body repairs and an inspection for my Hyundai. I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours, he was incredible throughout the process. Came here after a couple other mechanics gave me the run around and tried to tale advantage of me as a first time car owner. My senses told me to seek as many opinions as I needed to feel comfortable and I landed at Phils. Phil is knowledgeable but more than that he is a kind person who takes pride in his work and is eager to share his wealth of information and wisdom with his clients. Crystal is communicative, prompt and the whole operation is so professional. The online platform makes it is very easy to understand what is going on with your car in real time. I feel super lucky to have found such an honest and caring mechanic.

As a girl, going to get your car fixed can be scary and stressful but I highly recommend this place! Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were in town from Buffalo, NY for a wedding. On the drive we started to hear a terrible grinding coming from our rear brakes. After seeing the great reviews for Phil's, we called Phil and miraculously he was able to fit us in. He replaced our rear brakes and really saved us!! Thanks again Phil.
