Good service and never too busy.

Awesome place to get Def for diesel pickup trucks at the pump. Way cheaper than buying in the box and you can get only what you need. Def pump is on the east side pumps and looks like a generator just to the front of the center pumps.

I just got back to my desk after having my smog check done at Chevron and had to write my review right away! This service station is absolutely fantastic. Lee, I've only had my smog check done, but I would feel comfortable coming back for any of the other repairs they do here, that's how confident I am in their team and workmanship. He is an absolute saint - she had my car done in 30min (no wait) and even took the time to grease my squeaky timing belt. The team is very professional and their upbeat attitude doesn't go unnoticed. Not many places have that level of customer service and care these days. I heard they may be turning this 80 year old establishment into a big convenience store...let's not let that happen and keep this neighborhood shop in business!

Not bad overall, but I question how well management treats the staff. We've shopped there for a couple years, and noticed that the gentleman behind the counter has some mobility issues (he seems to require a walker). Unfortunately it seems as though they make this poor guy stand all day long. It really makes me wonder how well they treat their staff. Otherwise, it's a decent station for the most part. Fuel and food prices are average, they have a decent array of snacks, and the shop is generally very clean and well stocked.

Fountain drink from soda machine tastes awful. Tastes like carbonated water with whisper of soda.

No tape and card reader doesn't work. Waste of time to stop here

Bad customer service on many visits. Maybe due to constant homeless / vagrant issues but they they don't separate legitimate customers from the handouts.

I paid $12 for the best car wash and it didn't take all the bugs off in fact hardly any so I went inside and asked to be able to go again and the pitifully scared man running the place all by himself said he'd get in trouble with his manager if he did that. Just don't go here for any reason

My 70 years old mom paid $60 cash for her gas yesterday but she unfortunatelly forgot to put it in. Today we went to ask for it, we just tried to get the gas (We never asked for a cash refund) and the cashier lady refused to helped us and she took a deffensive behaiver. Even more when we asked her for check the security cameras to make sure anybody took her gas. The funiest part was the manager were next to her and he remained silent with a poker face; which made it even weirder. The cashier lady told us that nothing has came back to the cash register this morning which means somebody else took it already (She refused to showed us their security cameras), We know it was my mom's bad but they don't even tried to help to an elder woman who pays her bills with the SS aid. I feel sad about they don't respect elder people who deserves being respect and nobody should stole their money that's less day by day.
