The shop manager is extremely friendly and treats both customers and employees with respect. They’re upfront and honest about pricing and expected turnaround times, so there are no surprises. They work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service.

Great shop. I stopped in because my air conditioning in my jeep wasn’t blowing cold anymore. They had an AC machine that helped Diagnose and recharge the AC. I feel they were very knowledgeable and even Put up with all my questions.. They helped me understand the process, which for my brain is exactly what I needed. I also feel like I can trust them as well. I was asking about other services that they could possibly do and after doing a full check on my vehicle, they told me they didn’t need to do the other services and so I feel like they are honest and trustworthy.

They were quick and gracious. I stopped for an emissions test and an oil change. Took 20 min. It was going to take Doug Smith Subaru 2.5 hours. And it cost less. I’d recommend to anyone. They also pointed out my dirty air filters. Needed replacement.

I’ve had oil changes here and they always do a fast and thorough job.This time was a return visit for an emissions test and registration renewal. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, he even came out and put the new sticker on my license plate. Not only will I continue to return for service on my car, but recommend others to them as well.

First time customer for an emissions test. There wasn’t a line for me and it took 10 minutes max. Super quick, all of the employees that I worked with were really friendly and clear communicators.

I stopped by for an oil change. I was very impressed with how fast I was in and out, it was maybe 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely go back in the future.

This Havoline location has Amaya taken great care of us! They match coupons are quick and efficient and every person that I spoke to Was a great interaction. I just love the manager here as well!

Amazing team. Fast, efficient, and kind. Extremely organized with getting everyone in in the correct order they arrived. JP and the girls went out of their way to have side conversations with me about liking my car — super sweet! Usually go to any place to get my oil changed, but will now make sure to continue to come back here to Havoline (and this location).

They were kind, caring and very understanding. When I went in to have my brake pads changed there was a lot more wrong and as a single mom on a very limited budget I didn't have enough to cover it so they helped me figure it out while I ugly cried in their lobby and they were also very nice to my childeren. Thanks to the people that were there on November 4th 2025 I hope you see this and know that your appreciated and i am very thankful for you all.

This is the best place to get your emissions test done. They are fast, and courteous. The inside waiting area is clean and upbeat. The bathrooms were very clean. Everything is taken care of for you. I love this place and will come back every year!
