Take 5 Oil Change

I had an awesome experience getting my emissions done here at Take 5. I had a great help from two employees named Jay and Brodee, who made the experience easy and painless. I highly recommend using Take 5 for any of your vehicle needs. They are very professional, communicative, and make the process extremely easy. Thanks Jay for all your hard work and also your incredible professionalism. I’ll be coming to you guys from now on based on how well you treated me!

Just got my emissions done here, and the service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. As soon as we pulled up, Renn came right out with water and fruit snacks for my mom and me and kindly directed us to the stall. Renn helped us most of the time and was such a gentleman throughout the entire process - asking if he can open my door and check on things, explaining everything clearly, and even checked to see if we needed more water. Brodee and Nik also helped us and were absolutely fabulous! It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely impressed by the quality of service! Very happy and will only be going to Take5 for my services going forward. Quick shoutout to Nate and Coleman for taking care of me! And they give snacks and water when you pull up! If I could give more stars I would!

This was a good and kind of fun experience! They were happy to help with my emissions check and as I asked questions they were willing to answer. They had fun and still did a quick auto check and state emissions check in a timely manner. I also got a laugh because when I honked for good service as I drove away I clearly heard a big “yahoo!” Thank you for doing a good job and making it enjoyable!

Excellent customer service. They tag team and check each others work. Great location for quick in and out oil change. Friendly positive attitude in employees. Nice touch to have the manager personally ask "how was the service today? Definitely recommend!

This was my first time visit. You all were great! Loved that I could relax in my car. They saved me money, they told me that I didn't need an oil change yet that my oil was still clean so they topped off my fluids, cleaned my windshield and filled my tires, and I much appreciated the cold bottle of water! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Waited over an hour at Jiffy Lube just for them to tell me they couldn't do my emissions. I believe it reached 5:30 and they just wanted to go home. By this time most places were closed. I found Take 5 and they were open until 7. I called and they said they could do my emissions. I pulled up. They took me straight into the bay, gave me a bottle of water and got to work. They topped my fluids, checked my tire pressure, performed emissions, and even gave me a $10 off coupon. Every one of the staff members were friendly, professional, and really worked as a team to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They checked my air filter and even showed me it was still good and didn't need to be changed out so it's nice knowing they're not trying to sell me unnecessary items. I had the best experience there. Never again will I go to a Jiffy Lube. Take 5 has my business! I'm going to be telling all my friends and family to go check them out. I can't say enough positive things about them. Great staff and even more amazing customer service.

Great customer service. They go the Extra Mile. Came in for an emissions test with a new car and they really looked it over for me. Great communication skills while working on the car. You stay in your car during the service. Brandon represents Take 5 outstandingly. I will be returning for every emissions here.

I had a great experience overall at Take 5. Everyone was kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything that was going on with my vehicle. I genuinely felt valued as a customer, which is something I really appreciated. The only reason I’m leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is because after I got home and let my car sit for a bit, I noticed a large oil spot on my driveway. I jacked the car up to investigate and found the oil filter covered in oil. After wiping it down, I was able to tighten the filter by hand, and it was definitely not as tight as it should have been. Other than that issue, I was happy with the service and would return in the future. Hopefully next time the oil filter is just a little tighter! 😄
