Dropped the car off to Joe in the morning for my state and safety inspections, you couldn't even tell John, their mechanic, was even in my car. My car war parked in a safe area after it was done, no dents, no scratches, no problems! That meant a lot. It's nice to know some businesses still care about quality and responsibility. I called another tire servicing company and was told it would take 2 days to fix my tire. I then called Columbia Auto Repair. The gentleman was very kind and told me if I could get it to them right away, they could have it fixed in an hour and a half but he would try to get it finished sooner and he did. He called me in less than an hour to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Could not have asked for a better experience and their prices were reasonable and competitive.

I thought I needed four tires, but Joe said only two. And he saw I had a bent wheel so he took a picture himself and offered to source one for me. Joe and his team at Columbia are my new go-to for any car service or repairs! They were so flexible with accommodating scheduling with rides and the car was ready on time at a reasonable price. Last week, I found my 2020 Jeep unexpectedly malfunctioning and had to use my Triple A Service and this was one of the first car repair shops that was close to the area. Looking at other reviews made me hopeful; but my personal interaction reiterated that I made the right decision to have my car towed here and later repaired. Mike and Jim answered all of my questions, they were very thorough, professional and I was able to pick my car up within a day and a half. I can't thank them enough for their help and professionalism.

I have had several cars to Columbia Auto repair several times. Several of those cases were for trouble areas i think are more complex than average to diagnose and to repair. Over the course of near a dozen repairs they've done, I've always been happily surprised at how reasonable the repair costs were ... less than i expected based on my experience with other repair shops. On two of those repairs, i had to take the vehicle back because of failed parts. They took it back in right away and fixed it quickly at no additional costs to me. They stand behind their work.

They told me to bring my truck to them only for one person not wanting to touch my truck. Told his boss that he didn’t want to touch it. I was charged extra from the tow company and had to take my truck back home. I have always dealt with this place cause they did great work. But after that they will never get another dime from me.
