Was in desperate need of new tires and needed them mounted asap. These guys were super helpful over the phone and got me in almost immediately. Would highly recommend and look forward to having them take care of my future automotive needs.

This place really has taken care of me (and my daughter) well since we moved to Middletown. They have taken us in with appointments and as emergencies. They explain things, including pricing, even when the news isn't awesome. I have an old vehicle, and she has seen some things and has needed some TLC. I keep investing because the work here is good, the prices very fair, and the service unmatched. Plus, car prices are crazy! So the longer Computer Tune and Lube can keep my old gal going, the better. I trust them, and it's hard to say that much these days. Do yourself a favor and come by CT&L the next time your car needs work...see if you don't become a loyal repeat customer, too. :)

Great shop ran by great people. Have taken great care of our vehicles for years. Hard to find honest mechanics these days but this is a no bs shop. Fast, professional, reliable.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Computer Tune & Lube for a little over two and a half years now, and I truly cannot speak highly enough of their service. Dan and his team have consistently gone above and beyond in taking care of not only my car, but also my fiancée’s and our family’s third vehicle. Whether it’s something as routine as an oil change or more complex work like replacing clutches and flywheels, they’ve always delivered exceptional results at fair and reasonable rates. Their expertise, professionalism, and above all, their honesty set them apart from other shops. It’s rare to find an auto repair team you can trust wholeheartedly, but I can confidently say I’ve found that here. I cannot thank this wonderful group of people enough. I was helping my grandmother get tires mounted and balanced in her Subaru Forester. I drove her car there and could feel something was up with the steering and suspension. The wheel was all over the place, and the steering was unresponsive. I get there, and just for safe measure ask them to shake down the front end for play while they already have the wheels off. That's when they find that the lower control arm bushing completely separated from the control arm and she was close to losing a wheel. Additionally the tie rods were rusted and worn. Usually I do all my own work on my vehicles from top to bottom, but due to time constraints and lack of experience on Subaru's I left this one to them. They originally estimated the vehicle would be ready for pickup the next day, but they immediately got to work and got the job perfectly done in just 4 hours. That alone shows their commitment to their field of work. But, where they really shined, and why I am so thankful is just how kind and patient they were to my grandmother. From the start they were extremely nice and patient with her. They helped guide her through a financing application over the phone while I was in the shop, and when she picked up the vehicle they had a smile on their face the whole time. It's great to know that places still exist that treat the elderly with kindness and compassion. It makes me feel wonderful knowing that she was treated right. I'd like to thank the whole crew so much for everything they helped myself and my grandmother with. Her vehicle is now safely back on the road with fresh suspension components and brand new tires.

Last minute had to get my emissions done for my registration. They were so nice and got me right in! I was so thankful for making it easy! I also learned a synthetic oil change is alot less then the place down the road! I’ll definitely be back thank you!

I came in at about 4:45 and they close at 5. I told the man at the front that the other place I went to get my emissions done was closed even though online it said they were open. I had another person in front of me. He got to me he didn't rush or push me out the door he took care of me saved me from having to pay a late fee! Customer service was excellent and he had me out of there in no time at all

My car needed its emissions checked. I arrived without an appointment, but my car was checked almost right away. (I had benefited from another customer's tardiness.) I wouldn't have minded waiting, though. The chairs were unusually comfortable, and there was no distracting TV. Everyone there was friendly. It was an excellent experience.

I recently visited a mechanic under stressful circumstances, having received diagnostic reports from both AutoZone and O'Reilly’s indicating a misfire in my vehicle’s cylinder. Confident that the mechanic would provide a thorough assessment, I expressed my concerns and indicated which cylinder required attention. However, the experience that followed proved disappointing. Upon my visit, the mechanic informed me that, due to recurring battery sensor issues, he could not conduct the diagnostic test I requested. He recommended replacing the battery for a total cost of $500, consisting of $299 for the battery and $200 for labor. Trusting his expertise, I agreed to the replacement, despite not receiving the initial diagnostics I came for. After picking up my car, I was assured that it should be functioning well. However, after parking it for a few days while using a rental, I encountered the same problems I reported before. On my drive to New York, the car stalled on the highway, mirroring the previous issues I faced. This left me frustrated, as the mechanic had not addressed the root cause I initially sought help for. Moreover, I noticed that the technician did not clean the battery terminals, which could have been a simple yet vital task to ensure proper connection and performance. This lack of attention only added to my dissatisfaction. In an attempt to make amends, the mechanic offered me a vehicle while I sorted out my issue, which was appreciated. I returned with the parts I had purchased for the repair—four spark plugs and coils—to have them installed. Initially, he quoted me $145 for labor, but when I informed him I only had one part at that time and promised to return with the rest on Thursday, I was taken aback when he suddenly quoted me $290 for labor. This increase felt unjustified, as it appeared I was being charged twice for essentially the same job. Taking matters into my own hands, I decided to learn and perform the tune-up myself. I purchased the necessary parts and successfully replaced the coils and spark plugs, leading to a remarkable improvement in my vehicle's performance. It now runs perfectly—something I had hoped for after visiting the mechanic, but was regrettably not achieved through their services. In conclusion, my experience with this mechanic was frustrating and ultimately unproductive. I was left with a hefty bill and unresolved issues, prompting me to take on the repairs myself. I advise others to seek a more thorough and transparent service, ensuring that all concerns are addressed adequately and that pricing is consistent and fair.
