They were professional, honest, and made the whole process smooth, stress-free. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. I’ve been bringing my cars here ever since I could drive and I’m still blown away by how high quality and reasonably priced the services are here. They go out of their way to explain things going on with the car, answer my frantic calls when my old car broke down and needed quick servicing after getting towed to the shop, and most recently have given me advice when I was looking at new cars to buy. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dealership told me I had some problems with holes in my exhaust. I Brought it to copeland and I was extremely satisfied. The guy was so nice and the price was very reasonable. I had my car fixed and back in my hands the next day. He even called me 1 week later to make sure everything was running ok. Highly recommend.

Honest, fair, great overall service. Have brought a few cars to Randy at Copeland over the past few years. Always comfortable and confident he is doing a good job and very honest and trustworthy. Never a concern or question about the service being provided and the turnaround times. Glad I found a good local shop to bring my car to when needed!

brought my car in for a radiator replacement and was told it would be done the same day. Based on that, I planned to pick up my vehicle that evening. When I showed up during posted business hours, the shop was closed, no one answered the phone, and I never received a call letting me know the car wouldn’t be ready. This left me without access to my vehicle, my apartment keys, and even my rent check, which were all inside the car. A simple phone call would have avoided the entire situation. The next day, the repair was completed, but the total came out to $852, which is on the high end for this type of work. I asked if there was any flexibility on the price given the lack of communication and inconvenience, but they were unwilling to adjust it at all. The work may be done correctly, but the communication and customer service were disappointing. If you use this shop, I would strongly recommend confirming timelines clearly and not assuming you’ll be updated if anything changes.
