It’s rare to find a place this good. Morgan at the front desk is extremely professional and kind. I’ve brought two of my cars here within the last month and all the issues were resolved within hours. Nobody at Cosmos makes you feel pressured. They send you a text with a digital overview of your vehicle and the pricing is very reasonable as well. I will continue to bring my cars here in the future.

Starting vehicle maintenance program on '21 Crosstrek I just purchased and I trust them to notify me of needed maintenance. Continuing to build a relationship with Cosmos. Following recommendations, I had tires replaced/ alignment andsuspension mechanisms replaced. So far so good. I don't feel pressured to perform repairs but, I do take recommendations seriously. And I still feel the sincerity that I'm looking for, that I didn't feel with large chain repair shops. Nothing is cheap nowadays but, It seems fair. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs honest work done at an honest price.

I'm a first time customer at this location . Came in for an oil change and car inspection. Morgan I believe she's the manager was very efficient and effective, the customer service she provided was impeccable. Morgan made me and my husband feel appreciated, she showed us the history of the work that has was done to our car and what needs to be done in the future with the price attached. We will definitely be coming back for sure.

Awesome service at Cosmos. Very friendly and helpful young lady who helps with appointments and what needs to be addressed with your car. (I so sorry that I don’t remember her name) she’s so professional and kind. The mechanics are thorough and they don’t leave your car all greasy. They take very good care of the property in which Is given to them to fix. I don’t end up with grease on my hands when I come and pick up my car. That’s important to the customer. I thank them. Everything was explained, a very detailed, easy to read, informative link to the results of diagnostics was provided. A follow up quote, equally detailed and easy to understand, was provided. Great service and the team here are very nice. They are great at keeping you updated. Having the service report/details available online (sent via text link) gives a lot of transparency for the customer. Never pushy, give genuine recommendations for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Front and back of house operation are really nice people. Happy I found them, my truck is always in good hands with the Cosmo’s team!

Awesome shop. I was broke down from out of state. I called and they were no problem have your truck towed here we will take care of it. Had an appointment for maintenance work to be performed and also an oil and filter change. I noticed a sign down by the road in front of the shop offering a synthetic oil change for a lot less of a price then what I paid. I know that additional oil costs money but......
