Truly a blessing to have found Coventry Motors 🙏 After squirrels chewed the wires under the hood of my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer in 2024, I struggled for years trying to find a place to fix a serious problem that caused immense stress in my life. One shop kept dragging me along and another shop flat out said he wont help me and cant recommend anyone. The wonderful staff at Coventry was open to helping me and really came through at such a tough time in my life. Thanks guys!

I took my little car to FOUR OTHER AUTO PLACES with the SAME complaints with no positive outcome over the years of having it! I just chucked it up like whatever. Brought my car here from a recommendation. They found my issues and fixed my complaints! They sent email updates with photos and descriptions. Icing on the cake was they cleaned and washed my car after they serviced it. I always hated taking my car to get serviced because it was always left with oil and whatever else was on the workers all over the place. Huge pet peeve. All auto shops should be operating in this manner: clean, precise and not being hasty with getting the job done. Won't be taking my little Neicy Nissan anywhere else! Thanks Andrew and Chris!

Coventry provided excellent service on my 13-year-old Prius (first appointment there after years of service elsewhere). High marks, too, for communication (listening as well as describing what work needed to be done and, in a surprise, what work did NOT need to be done). Repairs included work on the steering mechanism, so the car no longer pulls to the right, especially noticeable driving into the garage. (Years of maintenance at another business had not addressed the problem. I had become so accustomed to it that I didn't even mention it to Coventry; instead, they identified it on a test drive.)

Upon arrival at their shop they quickly in-processed, evaluated and diagnosed the issues with my vehicle. Within a very short period of time they contacted me to let me know what the underlying issues were, recommended solutions and provided an estimate for the work, as well as a timeline for completion. They were extremely communicative throughout the repair process, and they were true to the repair estimates that they provided at the outset. A couple of days after the repair they even contacted me to make sure that everything went well with the repairs. My vehicle now drives and sounds better than it has in years! The difference is night and day - smooth, quiet, and responsive. The team clearly knows what they're doing, and their attention to detail really shows in the results. I first found Coventry Motors when looking for a mechanic to service a used 2015 Porsche Macan in need of some major repairs. After several failed trips to the dealership it was time to look elsewhere and I could not have chosen a better place. Not only is the car running better than when it was purchased but Andrew and the team made it a smooth and stress free process. I now take our other car there as well and know that it is in the best of hands. They always keeps you informed throughout the process and are an honest and trustworthy business.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to Coventry Motors for years, and their level of professionalism, excellent customer service and outstanding vehicle service continues to stand strong! I took my Challenger in for its 30,000 mile maintenance, new tires installation and to have the air conditioner checked. The service advisor, Andrew, was very polite and professional, and walked me through everything they were going to do. Bill, the mechanic who serviced my car, did a thorough, and very neat and clean job, taking very good care of my car, as always, and had the work completed the time it was promised. For the courtesy received and quality maintenance, Coventry Motors is, and always will be, a trusted and reliable auto repair shop. I highly recommend them to everyone!
