An honest, trustworthy mechanic, who goes above and beyond for his customers. I always feel like I receive the best car care from teal and the mechanics at Craig’s. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a good mechanic. Whether it’s for maintenance, emissions, or severe car troubles, these guys are always great.

I go to Craig's for my yearly emission test. Today, I had an issue with some windshield wipers I bought. I stopped by and they graciously helped me out and installed them quickly. This is a great old school, honest, and hard working shop! Highly recommend.

These guys have saved our cars multiple times from some bad mechanics. Eventually we realized we should quit using the other mechanics and come to the guys constantly saving our vehicle. Craig's mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and always treat us very fairly. Seriously a good place and I wish the best for them moving forward, and will definitely come to them for repairs and support from now on.

I highly recommend Craig’s! I took two Subaru vehicles here for a prepurchase inspection ($130 each — a better price than other leading Subaru mechanics I considered) and they got me in within 30m notice each time. I was very impressed by their service and thoroughness. They took and shared detailed notes and showed us which parts of the car & undercarriage they corresponded to, answered all of our questions and gave us ample time to think of more, helped us estimate what future repair costs could be for identified problems, and even made a couple of quick fixes, including fixing one of the window controls. Ultimately their inspection was instrumental to my car choice. Thank you Teal and Brad!

I've taken every vehicle I've owned to Craig's, and they've always delivered exceptional service. ​Finding a reliable auto shop can be difficult, but Craig's has earned my loyalty every time. ​Teal is great and a pleasure to work with. He makes the whole process simple and explains things clearly. You never feel like you're being oversold on a service you don't need. ​In the shop, the mechanics are awesome. Brad and Roland are very skilled, and always provided consistent service over the many years I've been getting my vehicles serviced. ​I can't recommend Craig's Service Center enough. Been taking my cars here for years, parents have done the same. Have never had a single issue, and Teal is the absolute man! Just got my sway bar/struts replaced on my Tacoma today, they were able to get it done same-day and it feels like I’m driving a brand new truck. Craig’s is the spot!

The best thing about Craig's is that they're within walking distance of my house! Second best thing is they're not a franchise. Worst? The one star short of 5 stars is because you can find the same services for cheaper elsewhere. Not to say they gauge you, I'd never say they're a rip-off, they're just solidly mid-, possibly higher-priced. For me, the service and location convenience is usually worth a few extra bucks. I trust them to do it right, which is worth a pretty penny, too.

I had a car towed here because it was really close to where it broke down and where I live. My brakes went completely out after a road trip along with my power steering. There was fluid leaking under my car when I got to a safe place that I could pull over. The next day they looked at it and said they drove it around the block with no issues with the brakes at all and that everything looked and seemed fine. It was like they didn’t believe me that my brakes were not functioning the previous day. They said “just be cautious” when driving it. I was still very nervous about it and decided to have it towed to a different shop. Come to find out from this other shop, my master brake cylinder was not functioning. Had I listened to the team at Craig’s I would have driven my vehicle home and who knows where with a brake system that was not reliable. After wasting $200, I was able to find out what was actually wrong.
