I went in today to get my emission test done and Shane was the most friendly welcoming worker I have ever experienced. I dread going to the MVD so I was very pleased to find out Shane was willing to take care of my emission as well as my registration all in 1 stop. It was 6pm and you could tell he was a little upset from the interaction that didn’t go so well with the customer in front of me but he proceeded to wave me in and get me taken care of with no hassle. He apologized for the wait which wasn’t even that long. Got me in and out by 6:05. Thankyou Shane for such an amazing experience

Shane took care of us he was very professional and kind, considering our situation he got us in and out under 5-10 minutes super quickly. He let us know what we needed to do for the car but didn’t haggle us to do anything there; they offer most if not all services you’d get at the mvd for better hours and good prices. Super cheap emissions test and overall excellent and friendly customer care and service thank you so much Shane the only place we’ll be going to and will be telling all our family and friends to come here if they need to get emissions or registration for their car thank you again for taking care of us.

Worst place to get your vehicle checked, Rude and I mean RUDE worker with glasses with lifted black truck was extremely disrespectful towards my family I came to get my car checked and he told us to hurry up and get off the car that he only has 2 minutes left we told him that we were sorry and he sarcastically told us no your not sorry don't say sorry I felt extremely disrespected when I came here. If your having a bad day don't bring in to your work site. 0/10 recommend

Not at all recommendable, this place, the person who served me today was super rude and unfriendly, to add to that he told me that I had to learn English, and questioned me why I was doing the emission test, and in the end he told me that he wouldn't do it and disconnected the scanner and left me there, he simply didn't want to do it.

I Have been going to this facility for years. Today I had an encounter with the most unfriendly rude and arrogant employee I have ever dealt with. If he is having a bad day let him have it somewhere else.I will never do business with your Co. Until you do something with this employee.

Bad experience today, he couldn't scan VIN # and was all rude like you didnt check before you bought the truck. He denied my service, I had the title and all and he said NO!!. Dude needs a new GIG !!! I got my truck emissions else where....
