The guy named John was super nice and very quick with what he was doing, helped me through everything and was kind. I was in and out within 10 minutes and it was super cheap as well.

I was able to get my registration updated while also getting emissions done. Quick/easy in and out.

I went in to get my emissions testing done and I was surprised when I learned they could also do my registration. So that was a double win!

John was a true professional and did a super job in record time. It was a great experience.

I saw the employee here in the emissions building smoking a cigarette, I will not go here if they allow smoking in the building. Update: Thanks for the quick update Michael. The instance I saw of the employee smoking was this morning (05/05/26) at just before 8 AM. Hopefully that info helps.

Went here to get emissions on a car that was over 30 years old with a check engine light on {(if a car is over 30 years old especially a 1994 it doesn't matter if the check engine light is on)} and tried explaining that to the guy but was rudely cut off. Obviously the guy with the beard that works here doesn't know what he's doing or what he's talking about because I went to the place down the street and passed emissions perfectly fine. Don't come here, almost everything there rude and have a bad attitude, especially if the only thing you want is emissions

My husband went to this location and the guy was super rude, yelled at him for putting the sticker on before he got the emissions test. He complained about how stupid people are, and then took a phone call and yelled at the person on the phone too. Avoid this location, there are plenty of others.

I went to the place to ask the guy “I just got my truck back from repairs like 15 minutes ago so the lights have been reset recently. I was told by someone that the truck should be driven around for a while or it won’t pass. Is that true?”. The guy says “that’s incorrect.” I let him test only because he said that and lo and behold, doesn’t pass readiness checks. He still charges me. Literally feels like a scam considering I asked his advice before getting the test. Don’t go if old man is working

I had a very frustrating experience at this Dekra inspection station. They made a serious error by entering the wrong VIN on my emissions test, which caused my vehicle registration to be suspended. When I brought this to their attention, the staff was reluctant to help and gave me the runaround. At one point, they suggested I might have to pay for an entirely new test due to their mistake, which felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility. In sharp contrast, the VPMD and MVD employees I dealt with afterward were professional, competent, and genuinely helpful. They corrected errors quickly and waived my reinstatement fee. Their support made a frustrating situation manageable. If you're looking for reliable, accountable emissions testing, I would recommend avoiding this Dekra station.
